Avoid the hassle and save your money; I won't be buying anything again that's for sure!

Brought many things over the years and although pricey the quality was good. I have now been waiting 11 months for an order and despite repeated emails to request a refund they finally got back to me (9 months later!) and offered to replace the item with either something in stock or another preorder item which they have now supposedly sorted to come much faster. The only thing they had in stock I would have considered I was going to have to pay more for so stupidly went for another item I'd have to wait for. The VERY NEXT DAY the item in stock was 50% off!!! I've now been waiting once again for my replacement item.

Another order I placed around the same time did arrive but the quality was atrocious (have had better items from Temu & Shein!). I ordered a large and what I got was more like 3XL! Contacted to organise a return and no response.

Very much over this "business" my patience has long gone

We ALL have personal situations happen but you are running a so called "business"; stop trading while you deal with it if you have no one to take over and can't cope but emails never ceased to be sent with offers. Photos used to be of the owners/staff but now all AI... take responsibility for the mess you are making and stop taking peoples hard earned money

After many weeks waiting for a tracking number (not a pre order or custom) I emailed and questioned this?
Next day received tracking number from Chine. Once received the hoodie is of temu quality, definitely not the quality and reason I have a wardrobe full of etc clothing. Also the print looked hot pink in the photo but is actually a dull pink colour and not what I was after. Requested return and 3 weeks after they received it I have just got a declined refund as it says pink on the description not hot pink as pictured. Sadly will definitely not being adding to my etc wardrobe again.

So i have been observing etc pages, all the comments of people asking for refunds have been removed.
We have a right to get our money for items not recieved from this company its only fair most of us have been waiting almost a year or months on end.

Etc has failed to deliver item I have paid for in Feb 2026. I have messaged their page a few time asking for an update and been very polite to which they had replied and said they didn’t have an update. But refuse to give me a refund of my money. Offers store credit which I am not interested in. Just went to message again but seems I’ve been blocked. They are happy enough to take people’s money but not deliver the item. My opinion this is theft. Do better Etc!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ETC Clothing.
I placed an order on 29 November 2025 which included a pair of Painted Floral 3/4 Tracks as a pre-order for $69.95. The item was originally expected in December 2025.
The tracks never arrived.
Over the following months I was given further estimated arrival dates, including an expected arrival around the end of June 2026, but the item still did not arrive. I was subsequently told ETC was still waiting for an update from the manufacturer.
The T-shirt from the same order eventually arrived in May 2026, but the tracks remained outstanding.
After waiting approximately 9 months, I contacted ETC on 19 August 2026 and formally requested a refund for the item I had never received. I was offered store credit, which I did not want. I specifically requested a refund to the original payment method/cash refund rather than credit, as I no longer wanted to purchase from ETC.
I received no resolution. I also contacted Afterpay, who investigated my complaint but advised that they could not open a dispute because the purchase was outside their 120-day dispute timeframe.
I subsequently tried to follow up with ETC again, only to find that I could no longer contact them through their social media/Messenger channels. My messages would no longer send, and I appear to have been blocked.
At this point I have paid for an item that I never received, waited many months beyond the original estimated delivery date, requested a refund, and have been left trying to recover my money through other avenues.
I understand that manufacturing and supply delays can happen. What I find unacceptable is the length of the delay, the lack of resolution and being unable to communicate with the business once I requested my money back.
This has completely changed my view of the company and I would not order from ETC again.

I purchased what seems to be a direct from manufacturer hoodie for $65.00. The print is really nice and appears to be a good quality transfer, but unfortunately the hoodie itself isn't the quality I have come to expect from ETC.
Compared with my older ETC hoodies, this one is noticeably lighter and the fabric doesn't feel as substantial.
I also noticed loose threads and imperfections around the drawstring straight out of the packaging.

The turnaround was also disappointing. The website states that made to order items require 8–15 working days for production before dispatch, but my order took 27 days from ordering to receiving it.

I haven't washed or worn it yet, so I can't comment on how it will hold up. This is simply my first impression.

My advice to ETC would be to have stronger quality control on the direct from manufacturer range, particularly the finishing details, and to ensure the quality remains consistent with the ETC clothing customers have come to know.

I've bought ETC clothing before and really loved the quality, so I hope this is just a one off and that the quality of the newer range improves.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a hoodie after seeing the heavily promoted “limited edition” offer, believing I was buying from a NZ clothing company. I later discovered the hoodie was made to order in China and shipped from China, which was not the impression I had when purchasing.
The hoodie itself is also disappointing — the quality is poor compared with the ETC garments my friends have from previous years, and the sizing is enormous. It is now described as “unisex”, although I feel this should have been much clearer at the point of purchase rather than something I had to find in the finer details.
I accept that I should have read every bit of the small print, but I don't think important information should be difficult to find when making a purchase. I also found the response when I tried to leave feedback through ETC's own selling page quite rude and unhelpful.
Overall, not the experience I expected and unfortunately not a company I would ever purchase from again.

Since my last review (hoodie 10cm longer than advertised, took a long time to arrive, looked really crinkled and not new due to packaging) the warehouse finally got back to me and said they need to wait for a response from their supplier? Which i dont understand as I purchased from ETC. The puffer jacket has torn in the lining after ive worn 4 times, its now unwearable, the sewing on that and the cardi is really really poorly done. Totally ripped off.

Placed an order in July, said 8-15 working days…. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ORDER, I emailed and got a reply that it is “in process” no reply to second email asking to explain what in progress means as that’s what it’s been saying since I placed order, then finally a week ago I get and email that order is “on its way” yay I thought, but when I checked tracking it’s coming from CHINA ! so do they even quality check the orders? But anyway I still don’t have this order.

If I could do no stars I would. This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Ordered an overnight bag on November 20225 it’s now September 2026 and I still don’t have it. Have tried to contact them repeatedly but they don’t bother to get back to you. I also have a family member that is in the same position with them taking payment but not coming through with the items months later. Very disappointing.

Enough is enough... Communication is poor, item quality is poor, sizing is inconsistent, False advertising! AI images no real pictures of items long delivery delays like 1 year, reply to emails are non existent, you can't return anything and get a refund it is always store credit, always a excuse for everything, I have never in my life ever waited for a online order for this long and still waiting, just refund people and move on this is the biggest scam out, you can't trust this business!

DON'T RISK IT.
I two ordered a custom-print products. Timeframe was 8-15 working days + 2 days to dispatch. A month past those dates, I am still chasing, and getting told they can't tell me when my order will be complete. They won't refund it as apparently it's in production (but here we are with no clothes and no ETA).
I am thinking this must be a scam.
I ordered once before for a pre-order product and months past the timeframe, when it was still nowhere to be seen and no clear ETA available, they did at least refund me.
Never again.

I have purchased from this brand a few times in the past and haven’t had a problem with the quality or arrival times of the items. But I am still waiting on items I pre purchased in October 2025. I just checked their website to see if there was an update on the items and it says they were due to arrive May/june 2026. That expected arrival time has long past. We are are sent messages to ‘be kind’ be patient which are akin to gaslighting because it diminishes the genuine frustration I feel for not receiving goods paid for 10 months earlier.

Customers just want what they pay for in a timely manner. I think at this point I'm just out $150. So that's been a fun 8 months. Don't recommend!!

Ordered in early November 2025 and as of August still no email update, no reply to emails, my FB comments are deleted and no package or update of when I can expect it.
Absolutely poor customer service and would never use them again.

I truly believe the good feedback must be from friends and family. I got ripped off , thankfully it was only a smallish amount but that was the first and last time I’ll ever buy from this company. Buyers be very aware!

I really rate the ETC clothing itself but the absolute shambles of pre orders has been beyond a joke. They FINALLY have got more staff on board and are dealing with the issues. I'm pretty disappointed as a bag I ordered said 8-15 working days plus delivery and this was 25 working days ago. If your happy to be patient then definitely use them as some great stuff!

Ordered way back in October last year and still waiting.no communication. Customer service is shocking unless you have something nice to say.would never buy off etc clothing again and have even talked 2 family members and 3 friends out of buying of then.

Just received me xox hoodie and t shirt. Great quality and fit. Would have been five stars but it did take longer than expected to receive them. Have just reordered another hoodie.

Long time ETC customer, I have always loved the pieces I have purchased.
The owner is very transparent when things are pre orders, there is multiple pop ups stating this. And always kept updates on her VIP and Main Facebook page.
And now currently offers direct from manufacturer, which also is clearly stated when ordering.
Unfortunately things out of her control happened last year, which pushed back when pre orders were arriving. True ETC customers understood despite how frustrating it may have been.
