Been buying for years now. Most of my casual wear is etc.

I always get compliments on my ETC clothing, it’s cute, comfortable and stylish. Waiting for preorder stuff can suck but it’s worth the wait!

Love etc clothing so comfortable and Gorgeous designs I wear etc every day and get so many compliments on them and of course have to refer them to the website being wear etc since the beginning love it

I have been buying clothes from etc for many years and absolutely love the design, clothes themselves and email communication regarding when my orders will be getting delivered. I have been happy with everything that I've ever ordered, awesome quality and the sizing guide is on point! Keep up the good work etc clothing, I love supporting New Zealand designers. 😍😊

Absolutely beautiful clothing and designs!! I have purchased many sweatshirts, t-shirts, bikinis etc. My floral bikini is my favourite!! Comfy, gorgeous, and fits perfectly. The sizing charts are easy to follow and ETC have great communication if you have any questions.

Love ETC clothing! The quality of the pieces I have is amazing and I always get compliments on them when I wear them, especially at work.
It’s tough being a small local business these days! I love all their items, and if I’ve ever had to communicate with them, I’ve always had a reply, even if it was later then expected. It’s helpful to have some compassion and patience towards small local businesses as well. I’d rather deal with ETC who treat you like a person, then a major company who couldn’t tell if your a human or a bot. Thanks you guys!! Keep it up!

Unfortunately, like everyone else, my order hasn't arrived. Etc refuses to refund. The recent 5 star reviews are because she pleaded with her "vip" customers (those who haven't complained) to give 5 star ratings as the true rating for etc is 1.5 stars. If you look at the recent 5 star reviews, you'll see they are all with a 2 day period.
But the reality is this company is essentially stealing people's money without any goods provided (or extremely long waits....like months to a year).
I'd highly recommend using afterpay if you absolutely must purchase from this company, I at least you can potentially get refunded when no items arrive.
Very disappointed as this used to be a good company.

I love this brand, I love the fact that they are unique designs and I like her custom mades as I dont see dozens of women wearing the same thing. I still have items to come one of them is so late but I understand and Im ok with it. I think all these women complaining should look at the description, if its polyester and you dont like polyester then dont buy the polyester. The shop owns the facebook page so they can do whatever they want with the nasty comments good for them! Everything I have purchased I am happy with and love, no issues with the quality here. I am also not on Facebook nobody asked me to write this review. Looking forward to getting some more new things soon. Keep up the good work ETC.

I’m a very honest person and have always loved etc I’ve spent a lot of money here up until the supplier changed and I received shiney thin material tops which were temu quality I have bought more stuff that’s coming only because I have only just discovered where my refunds were sitting even if we buy something and the quality’s is crap we don’t get our money back I’m going back to shineon and the like because I feel like I’m paying someone else’s mortgage and I’m just disappointed in my
Products so once my credits used up im out .

I've bought ETC before, and the quality was good. Not any more. All direct from manufacturer items are shein quality at ETC price. Materials are not the soft quality they used to be, they are shiny, thin, and won't last. ETC used to mean quality, buying second hand was fine as they'd last. Sadly this has gone. Communication for the last lot of pre-orders has been non existent. Any queries have been blocked. And asking everyone to post reviews was a big ask, the current reviews are all about old quality stock, not the new items.

This business is now begging on social media for her followers to leave 5star reviews!!! I used to buy alot from this company. Like every time she brought out a new drop. Then they started getting more and more delayed. Waiting 15months for a pre order with very little communication was breaking point. And the quality was worse with every order. The service I received was terrible. Gaslighting and constantly being made to feel like my order wasn't important at all. Or just being completely ignored while they wrote posts on Facebook to get sympathy. Pity that time wasn't spent answering customers emails so we had some idea when we would get our orders!

I was a loyal purchaser at the start. Brought from every new release. Was great at the start. Then the pre orders got longer and longer and longer. Nothing like buying preorder 3/4 pants in July for November delivery- in time for summer, and then receiving them the following June🫠 so had to purchase elsewhere to have some to wear over summer. The communication was absolutely shit. Gaslighting at every opportunity and I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Was really disappointing after spending alot of money with this business but that clearly didn't matter to ETC at all.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ETC! Another happy purchase!! I have a huge wardrobe and drawers full of their beautiful amazing quality clothing 😍 Have been buying for 7 years and never had an issue, always fast friendly & great communication. As for any pre order set backs that have happened. I totally understand,because life happens! The wait has always been worth it and leesh makes clothes that make me feel comfortable and sexy af so Thankyou for another great piece!!! Keep up the great work etc xx

Always get comments on my etc clothes. Great designs and the track pants have lasted years and years.

Lesh had a bad run with some of her orders but the new embroidery printed trackpants are great. They are lovely and warm and fit well. They also arrived within the expected time frame. I fell in love with the new fantail hoody and long sleeve top, I'm looking forward to their arrival and what else Lesh will come up with :-)

Have bought mamy items of clothing from etc. and get compliments pretty much every time I wear something from them. The fluffy lined sweatshirts are fantastic and super warm, and in a couple of designs I've bought matching sweaters for my nephews, and they love them.

Have brought from this brand several times and recently placed another order. Their hoodies and trackpants are made to an excellent standard and last for years. My prints on my sweatshirt are still bright and vibrant with over 3 years of daily use, and that is without me and my husband making sure we follow the care instructions. Some of my trackpants are still going going strong after 5+ years. If you ever heard of the saying "good things come to those that wait" it would perfectly describe this brand. Pre-orders do take time which is estimated when ordering on line. Sometimes the clothing comes after the date but it always arrives well packaged and is worth waiting for. I can't wait for my next order to come as this order has a gift for my sister which I think she will love.

First order took 6 months and I had changed a dress size by the time it arrived. I wanted to exchange the item but after a dozen odd emails and messages over the next 4-5 months, I was completely ignored. Never got a reply or acknowledgement. Then the next (and final order I’ll ever do) took 10 WHOLE MONTHS to arrive. No communication and no support for queries asking for ETA’s. Absolutely terrible service. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Do not recommend. All the excuses don’t fly either.

Really disappointed, have brought a lot over the years. Now I do not trust them, I’m waiting on an order from November. No communication or updates, also I was really disappointed with 3 tops that arrived. Definitely not what I thought I was receiving, I do not trust ordering now if it takes that long to arrived. Disappointed 😞
