Do not touch this company turn round and run away!!!
I ordered first 1x bottle of the advertised thyroboost and then a few days later decided to buy another 3 to get the discount offer. When my supplement came it was liver complex they sent me. When told of this mistake they told me no mistake that liver complex was the same as thyroboost as a nurse of 33 years experience I know they are not the same. My next 3 bottles that came also were the liver complex. So I wanted a refund as promised by their advert. However for my first bottle I got promised a 50% refund only after many emails. I'm still waiting for them to give me that 50% refund and 100% refund on my three bottles that I ordered. Take it from me close the advert it is a total scam they send what they have not what you want

Had a bad night with hot flushes and fell for some cortiease patches online while doom scrolling in the hope they may solve all my problems. Was reassured by the 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund. After 2 weeks I had had no tracking information sent to me, so emailed customer services who told me they didn’t have my full address so hadn’t sent the products but would do it if I gave them the details. I checked the order confirmation and my full address was on it. However I gave them my address again and received tracking information the following day, I noted the patches were coming from overseas.
3 weeks after the order I had an email saying sorry for the delay but they would be with me soon. A couple of days after that the package was delivered (a dirty grey plastic bag with no return address or company information, no dispatch information inside the package, just 6 packs of GLP-1 patches! Absolutely not what I ordered.
I emailed customer service immediately to report the arrival of the wrong products. The email I got in response was that my parcel had not been delivered yet so please be patient!
5 days after this I had an email from customer service checking in as tracking said my package had now been delivered. I replied and said as I had already informed them I had received the wrong item, and at this stage I would like a refund as per their no quibble guarantee. Customer service replied that they would need evidence that I had received the wrong items, and wanted photos of the patches and the packaging they came in. After I sent these I received another email saying that the GLP-1 patches were the same as Cortiease skin brightening patches (they absolutely are not!) they were just in the middle of being rebranded. I replied that I had no need of GLP-1 patches and I would like my refund as per their policy. I said I would return the unopened patches if it was required for the refund. The email response said I could return the package to the address on the packaging for a 100% refund or as a gesture of good will they would give me a 35% refund and keep the patches. I have now sent photographic evidence that there is no return address on the packaging and am waiting for a response.
This company, and particularly Anna in customer service, have lied constantly, supplied the wrong products and absolutely do not have a no quibble refund guarantee as my 10+ emails to the company demonstrate.
Please do not fall for this dodgy company like I have, I would give 0 stars if I could
