Product is not as described. Did not last more than a week before my dog ripped the arms off and started digesting the contents .
Website is very misleading saying that satisfaction is guaranteed and money back is not satisfied. They say now that only unused and in original condition can they give a refund. How is that possible??? My dog has to use it first to see if we are satisfied.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this company’s products.

If I could give a minus amount of stars I would. My cockerpoo destroyed the toy within 5 mins. After the claims and paying so much for (2 of them) I was very disappointed, though reassured by the 30 day money back guarantee.

Reached out to customer service with photos and explained not durable please can you refund me. Got an email back saying sadly as its not in an untouched condition and been chewed/destroyed they won't be refunding it as not covered. So basically, I'm buying an indestructible toy for my dog to look at and when he plays with it and destroys it rapidly (bearing in mind he's a cockerpoo, hardly a big dog) I get told that it must be disappointing as the toy didn't meet expectation of durability but because its been chewed no refund. Absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

In fact 1 is too high.
Ive waited 2 months for these dog toys, apparently they have been delivered... they haven't.
Customer service have stopped answering my emails.
It is an appalling business, they are crooks.

Do not buy from them, I have lost my money.

What a load of rubbish these toys are. They make out that they are indestructible and yet they are chewed apart in less time than a standard cuddly toy not designed for dogs. I asked for my money back and as the damage was done by my dog I couldn't get a refund! Don't be fooled by the reviews on their website page as they are more than likely fake

My cocker spaniel ripped the toy open within 5 minutes. This was a record.

These "indestructible" dog toys are a joke! Do not buy them! What a waste of money. My dog chewed it to pieces within literally 3 minutes!! 3!!!!! I emailed customer service who stated their 30 day return policy only covered unused toys so there's nothing they can do for me. I wish I would've looked at these reviews BEFORE buying this garbage product.

Absolute rubbish. Rope removed from pig in less than 3 minutes and item totally destroyed within an hour. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Up front info re refunds is totally misleading ie if you dig deep it says:
Please note that damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer or their pet after delivery are not eligible for a refund replacement, or exchange.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst dog toy ever, my dog destroyed it in 3 minutes. What a waste of money, I contacted the company and they said once it’s opened there is no warranty. So much for indestructible…… what a joke

This toy, advertised as indestructible, will last about as long as my dog’s dinner. After just 10 minutes of normal play this afternoon, the arms have been lacerated and one ear almost removed. This is criminally misleading advertising and - yes I should have checked Trustpilot first - I would very strongly advise any dog owner to give this a wide berth. A toy from your neighbourhood pet shop will last longer and give your dog far more enjoyment. RUBBISH!

I would give no stars if I could. Took ages to arrive, expensive for the size. Not robust or good for hard chewers as advertised on its website, my dog chewed the ear off in no time. Total waste of money. Maybe you should show the negative reviews too but I suppose that's not going to sell your products. Would definitely not recommend.

Very disappointing product and customer service.

I purchased a plush toy specifically advertised as being “designed for furry friends who destroy everything”. Despite this claim, the toy began falling apart within approximately 40 minutes. The ears detached first, followed by the legs, and the stuffing was soon exposed, making it unsafe for continued use.

When I contacted Paw Friends and provided photos, they refused to offer a refund, replacement or exchange because the damage occurred after my dog chewed the toy. This response makes little sense when chewing and durability were the exact reasons the product was purchased.

The product failed almost immediately at the purpose for which it was advertised. Based on both the product quality and the way my complaint was handled, I would not recommend purchasing from this business.

Got a paw friend plushy supposedly indestructible toy for my cockapoo puppy lasted 1 hour before he chewed through the rope arms the advert says rope construction through out but only rope arms told because he had destroyed it couldn't help me with refund it had to be un opened and not played with not what the website selling them said so I think it false advertising would not recommend it to any one
