Absolutely awful products, they are NOT durable or long lasting or suitable for dogs who destroy toys, it didn't even last 20 mins with my Sprocker Spaniel. It is false advertising!
DO NOT BUY THESE CRAP TOYS!!!

False advertising. Ripped apart in hours. Have been blocked from their adverts on Facebook. Avoid like the plague.

Waited nearly 4 wks for so called plushie dog toy that is tough for all dogs especially tough chewers 30 day money back guarantee if dog destroys well my 10 month old staffy went through it in 5 mins ..not good at all.

False advertising, not tough. My dog destroyed it within an hour. Customer service really poor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a toy at 19.95,had delivery postponed twice,asked for a refund was assured toy was on its way.Took two weeks to arrive very small and bad quality my dog ripped through it in half a hour.

Would give no stars if I could. I wish I'd checked out this company on Trustpilot before buying. It is a total scam. My small dog destroyed her toy within a minute and I've got video evidence, as I decided to film her so I had proof if the product didn't live up to the claims. They obviously have fake reviews on their site. The toys are smaller than the impression given in the photos. I got in touch with customer service regarding the guarantee which again is mis-leading in their advert and on their web site and got the same response from their customer service as everyone else commenting. I did buy two toys so I still have one intact. I've asked about returning it but haven't heard back as yet. Seems like a job for BBC Watchdog.

Useless. For something that describes itself as indestructible, it is very poor indeed. My dog destroyed his in double quick time.
Save your money. I have suggested to them that it is actually false advertising.

This is not a UK based company it is Chinese.
After purchase I checked Trustpilot and realised my mistake in ordering these toys. So as per their terms and conditions I emailed them within a few hours to cancel the order as the order hadn’t been processed, never got a response to that email.

Three days later did get a email from their supposed UK customer services stating that due to high demand they have run out of stock from their UK warehouse and the toys will be sent from the international warehouse i.e China. So it took over 2 weeks to arrive.

Plushies arrived gave one to my JRT X. Who managed to completely destroy it in 27 minutes. So emailed them asking for a refund as their as advertised no destructible toy is destructible. Their response “ Our returns policy states that items must be unused and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return. It also explains that damage caused by normal wear and tear or by a pet after delivery is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange. As the plushie has been used and damaged by your dog, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund for the damaged item.”

Emailed back stating that their website states the following in its selling jibe “Extra strong, designed for real destroyers” “With replacement guarantee simple and fair” and that they are miss selling these products.

Their response to offer a partial refund.

Also take a close look at their website and Facebook reviews all AI generated.

This company con people with poor quality products and lie about refunds.
Please contact your card company or Bank if you have fallen for their lies.

Seemed flimsy on delivery so decided to check Trust-pilot reviews. My fears were confirmed so I decided to request a return. Process is to email company and request return. 10 emails over 3 weeks and other than a reply to ask why I want to return them, nothing.
These things seem as likely to be indestructible as a wet paper bag. AVOID!

I would give it a zero star if possible, but that rating is not capable. The Power friends indestructible toy advertising is very misleading at best. My dog had it tore up in six hours and when I requested a refund, they said the refund was for a new unused original packing toy. But the advertising for it is indestructible and hundred percent refund. I would not recommend these toys for anybody to purchase unless you have a very weak chew dog.

The toy lasted less than 5 mins with our female greyhound, who is not that much of a chewer. Couldn't believe it when I saw the stuffing coming out and the piglet had lost an ear. Customer service beyond useless. I would absolutely avoid this company. Total waste of money.

It’s a shame I had to put 1 star as I couldn’t select no stars! This item was the best part of £30, and I expected a decent quality toy as described in the extremely misleading advertisement, for my small dog. Is it durable and long lasting? No, is it designed for chewers? No. We had the monkey plushie, which within a few hours, lost an ear, and a leg. The promise of 30 day guarantee is a joke, As explained, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to items returned unused and in their original condition…why would anyone return it without trying it. Customer service is lacking and although replies were prompt, there was no compromise and a flat ‘No’ for an agreeable resolution. This item is NOT for dogs that chew, you’re better off buying a cheaper toy and replacing it. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolutely SHOCKING Product = lasted about 10 minutes AND same as everyone else is saying NO MONEY BACK as was advertised. Bought better dog toys from our local RANGE store for a fraction of the price. Ripoff Merchants. AVOID at all cost...

We got 2 of the "Plushies designed for furry friends who destroy everything," and our small 45lb pit destroyed it in about 10 minutes. False advertisement and poor quality product. I would definitely avoid. They don't stand behind their products either.

Absolutely useless, looks like it came from China. Lasted all but 20 minutes, full of plastic bits in the crinkle bits on the dog toy. Complained to company and they refused a refund as they said the dog destroyed it. ITS A DOG TOY, described as indestructible......what a load of rubbish 🗑 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MISLEADING TOY.

Absolute garbage !!! So cheap and didn't last 5 minutes , terrible customer service, and misleading return and 30 day guarantee wording, Do not waste any money on anything this company is selling, learn from my mistakes, shop local and not from some shady online store.

Ordered 2 and both are faulty. Raised with customer service for a refund and now being ignored.
Charge back confirned now through my bank.
Awful customer service and poor quality products - avoid.
