Quick delivery. I had my product within 24 hours. Great value. The only tooth brush I recommend for sensitive teeth.

Spotlight works!
Spotlight works! I'm really happy with all their products. My teeth are whiter and the cleanest they've ever been. My kids now use the sonic toothbrushes too and they love brushing their teeth!

Thank you so much for the lovely review Mary! 🤍 We’re so happy to hear you’re enjoying your Spotlight products and seeing a difference in your smile. All Hype, Terrible Product: Do Not Buy
My Spotlight Oral Care Sonic toothbrush completely stopped working after just one month of normal use. Dead, unresponsive, and useless.
Before buying, I noticed endless reviews praising their customer service for "replacing faulty brushes quickly and without hassle." Now I realize that isn't a badge of honor; it's a massive red flag. Having a seamless, high-volume replacement process doesn't mean you have great customer service; it means your products are fundamentally defective. If a toothbrush consistently breaks within weeks or months, the issue isn't bad luck, it's bad engineering.
It is painfully clear that these are cheap, white-labeled Chinese electronics marked up under a polished aesthetic. Spotlight clearly pours the vast majority of its budget into aggressive marketing and glossy social media campaigns rather than actual product development, quality control, or durability.
Save your money and buy from an established dental brand that actually invests in proper R&D rather than just pretty packaging and ads. Completely disappointed.

We’re sincerely sorry to hear about your experience with your Spotlight Sonic toothbrush Serg. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must be for a toothbrush to stop working after such a short period of use.
We take feedback like this seriously, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened with your device. I’ve requested your contact details so that a member of our team can reach out to you directly and assist with this.
We’re sorry again for the frustration caused and hope we can help resolve this for you.

Professional service but with overstated results.
Whilst I recognise and appreciate the professional presentation and approach, I believe that the immediate benefits of the products are being overstated. I have tried the LED 7 day treatment, the whitening powder and the whitening toothpaste, and found that the results are below my expectations, although there have been some minor improvements. Perhaps, in time, I will achieve the desired results. However, the treatments are not as immediately effective as advertised.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve noticed some improvement, although we’re sorry the results haven’t met your expectations so far.
Whitening results can vary from person to person depending on factors such as the starting shade of the teeth, lifestyle and the type of staining present, so results may not be as immediate or dramatic for everyone. We really appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it on board when reviewing how we communicate expected results.
