Disappointed
“Created by dentists” but perhaps they should have left it to the design professionals. This toothbrush simply isn’t as good as other, slightly more expensive brands. It doesn’t indicate when the battery is running low, so often just stops mid-brush. It’s not ergonomic, so adjusting the brushing modes whilst brushing is fiddly, and the replacement heads are expensive.

We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with your experience Kevin, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
We understand how frustrating it would be for the toothbrush to stop during brushing. Each of our devices is designed to provide a warning when the battery is running low, so we’d really like to investigate why this may not have been happening for you.
We have requested your contact information so that a member of our team can reach out directly and look into this further.

Excellent After Sales care
I received a Spotlight toothbrush as a gift last year. At first, I had an issue with it charging, but I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a replacement charger with no hassle. That solved the problem straight away.
Unfortunately, this month my toothbrush stopped working completely and wouldn’t charge at all. I contacted support again, and once more they couldn’t have been more helpful. They asked no unnecessary questions and sent me a brand new replacement toothbrush the very next working day. It was even personalised, just like my original.
The customer service has been fantastic from start to finish. I highly recommend Spotlight—not only for their products but for their after-sales support. Thank you, Spotlight!
