Pretty simple. I'm disappointed in my purchase and wanted to return for a refund. I got ahold of customer support via email and they told me to send pictures. Once sent 5 days later (still within the return window), they never replied. STILL haven't replied after 8 more messages Ive sent.
I've even used the websites request form which says "someone will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving the inquiry". Yeah right!!!!
The BEST PART? I reached out on Instagram, they said they aren't support so they would email them for me and I should get a reply in 7 business days. NOPE. So I did this again,and again, they sent an email. No reply, again! I tried asking a 3rd time, and got BLOCKED ON THEIR INSTA. REALLY? I can even see they read my message and ignored me.
Tried reaching out through FB messenger, they didn't even read the message. Just wow. I filed a complaint with the BBB because SHAME ON THEM. Also, just found out they won't even post negative ratings on the site. It just stays in pending. Lol, no wonder I was fooled.

I am still waiting for a response from Eucalypso customer service. I was initially pleased with the color and softness of these sheets. However, they do not last. After less than 6 months, the fitted sheet is threadbare and ready to rip apart. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I ordered the pillowcase set, but when they arrived I realized they were standard instead of king (not sure if that was my error or there's). I ordered the sheet set because they went on sale, and then immediately reached out to customer service to return the pillowcases. I was shocked when I found out that they won't pay for return shipping. Because of this negative customer service experience, I tried to cancel the sheets but was told they couldn't (or wouldn't) stop the order. After doing a bit more research, I discovered that this negative customer experience with Eucalypso was common; some even reported that the sheets pilled and/or ripped after 1-2 washings and the company wouldn't stand by their products (see BBB and Trust Pilot). I wish I had discovered this sooner. I am going to return the products at my own expense, and will not deal with this company again.

N getin lawyered up hope they are real and got money either way I got all I need to get my money so f. N try me either way spent 260 on a pair of sheets and got beat around for a week saying they haven’t shipped yet be patient then I noticed I was off by the last number in my zip code either way if u looked up both addresses with different zip it was still the same said they updated it still comin then few days later I asked do u know when when do u think?? Oh ur order was canceled made it look like it was refunded cuz of fraud never say why why cuz of the zip don’t see no money then twist around like I’m the problem all I’m sayin is won’t be restin on this promise until I get my money and if I don’t get it soon I promise I’ll be lookin to sue these f. Ss whole world is like this in ways and I’m not the one to play with.. we’ll seee who’s laughing..

Upon arrival I was happy with the soft light weight cooling nature of this sheet set. Unfortunately, due to quality issues I quickly became displeased with my purchase.

Upon closer inspection the seams aren’t well constructed and it painfully obvious after the first wash. The top sheet is small (the king size anyway). After washing regularly every 3 or so weeks the fabric pills and gets rough after 6 month my bottom sheet tore in the washer.

Thankfully I bought a couple of sets one from Eucalypso and the other from Sijo. My Sijo tencel sheets have held up much better for a lower price point. I’d pick Sijo every time because of price, quality and customer service. Since Eucalypso customer service is essentially non existent if you don’t receive of are unhappy with the product.

They also didn’t seem to approve of my review via their website so I figured using a third party might be better.

Eucalypso Home DELETES their bad reviews (ever wonder why you only see 5 star reviews on their website?). I had the worst experience with this company. They sell horrible quality sheets--mine ripped the first time i washed them (and i hang dry my sheets so this shouldn't be happening). After telling me i would receive a replacement set months ago, they completely ghosted me. I sent numerous emails, made many calls, and even submitted their contact form over and over trying to get a response from the team. No answer for months even after they said i would be receiving a replacement set. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS and do not make the same mistake as me.

I purchased a set of white bed sheets and it took over two weeks for the delivery to Los Angeles. By the time they arrived, I was out of town and was not able to put them on my bed until almost 4 weeks after I purchased them. I asked if I could exchange my sheets for a different color because the white is super thin and see through, but they declined my request as it had been 1 day past their 30 day return policy. Had I known it was going to take so long for my sheets to arrive, I would have purchased from a different company. Definitely would not recommend buying the white sheets. They are incredibly thin and you can see right through them.

Don’t buy from this company! I recently purchased an extremely expensive set of king-size sheets from Eucalypso. I was hesitant to do so, but decided based on their claims, that I wanted some really soft, really nice sheets, once and for all. So I got them and at first I really enjoyed them. They are extremely soft. However I noticed within less than a month that they started pilling. I contacted the company and sent them a photograph of the pilling sheets, and their response was that they talked it over with their team, and decided that their sheets don’t pill what ??? I sent a picture, Eucalypso. Your sheets don’t pill? THEY DO! So they offered me 50% off on my next purchase of another set of sheets. Again, what???? Then I can be the proud owner of two sets of really expensive, pilling sheets? No thanks and thanks for nothing. Don’t do business with this company! Their products are bad, and their customer service is even worse. The one star that I gave them, was one star too many.
