Server deleted
I am a client of a hosting solution called Sillydev. The solution in question used EUGameHost for its backend hosting. Today, Sillydev was forced to shut down, because EUGameHost banned the Sillydev owner and deleted the servers with no way of data recovery. The Sillydev owner has no idea why.
When I went on the EUGameHost Discord server, I got banned right away, before I even finished typing my first message. Do you stalk the Sillydev Discord (by actually joining it with an alt) and ban everyone who has it in "servers in common" on sight?

Another Great Experience
Another great experience with these guys. Managed to grab myself a great deal on a second (Bare Metal) server with Aaron and Will looking after me through all the initial setup to get me up and running.
I couldn't find anyone close to matching EUGameHost on price, and the performance has been great so far.

I use services for over 6 months and i`m very ok with this, no downtime on Dedicated Server DE, if/when i needed support was lower than 2 hours answer

Not bad, vps prices are good, while support does leave you hanging at times, you figure it out your self eventually, which most of the time you learn other things on the way

Nearly 2 years in and still my host to go!
100% recommendation for EUGamehost!
Am running my rust game servers here since nearly 2 years and now got a palworld server too.
Issues can always happen with any game server at any host, but they get very fast resolved here.
Server quality is very good as well.

I'm confused by your review, especially since you seemed very satisfied with the resolution of your support ticket. I attempted to follow up through the ticket, but did not receive a response from you. Let me clarify the points you've raised in your review for anyone reading.
Regarding "Horrible Support" and "I've heard nothing back, it's been a while":

This timeline clearly shows prompt support, especially considering that the issue was not urgent and late at night.
You expressed appreciation for our assistance in your response to this ticket, thanking us and seeming genuinely sincere in what you said. The issue was fully resolved and you seemed happy with it.
Regarding "Despite my server being suspended, they continue to charge my card":
It appears there was a misunderstanding. The continued charges were due to the service not being canceled on your end, which is not an error on our part. You acknowledged this.
The billing issue related to a service suspension for an overdue invoice. Due to an error, our system didn't unsuspend it automatically when the payment came through. Note that the last payment was a few days late which is why it was suspended in the first place. We resolved this as soon as you notified us of any issue offering a refund but you asked for us to credit you a months service which we did.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review to more accurately reflect your actual experience with our service as what you've stated is simply untrue and i don't understand the motivation in leaving it.

Thought I would change my review based on what happened last time, there was definitely miscommunication involved and I am happy to say that things are very different now, if I have server issues they respond a lot better, and even go that extra mile to help me with plugin issues. So happy with everything that is given to me so far and long may it continue :)
