Fast and Friendly Customer Service
My icemaker arrived with a part that was partially broken (most likely from the journey through FedEx). I reached out to inquire about getting a replacement part, so that I didn't have to ship it back. Someone responded almost immediately, and my part was shipped out the next day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I love the product and their service. Highly recommend to anyone!

Customer service was excellent
We recently had an issue with our new Euhomy ice maker. It stopped pulling up the water. None of the troubleshooting suggestions worked. So, I contacted their customer service department.
They responded promptly and politely. We ended up not being able to fix the machine. Euhomy stood by their product and sent a replacement machine to me. The entire process went smoothly. As a result, I am a happy customer and would buy Euhomy again.

Customer service is top tier. I had concerns with the undercounter refrigerator being delivered on its side. The representative made sure I received accurate information so that I would not have problems with the unit. They checked in a couple of times after to make sure there we no issues. I wish every company was this good!

Very manual for an automatic ice maker
The machine stops making ice before the water is used, due to a buildup of ice at the exit chute. If you manually disperse the ice around the ice holder, ice making commences again. A full batch of ice requires 6-7 manual adjustments to the dispersed ice.

I reached out for support with my countertop ice maker. Sarah was amazing at responding quickly and offering me solutions. She arranged for replacement parts to be sent free of charge and also sent me videos that could help me in the interim. The video tutorials are excellent at helping repair problems with the ice maker. They are simple to do and require little effort. I bought my ice maker from Amazon but I am happy that Euhomy has been so helpful in solving my problems. I have purchased 2 ice makers since 2024, one for myself and a gift for my sister. Superb company with excellent customer service.
I recieved absolutely amazing customer service from this company. I am in the UK and ordered one of their chillers from Amazon. I had a problem with it but was reluctant to return it as I really wanted the chiller. I contacted Euhomy directly to see if there was anything I could do to resolve the problem. I wasn't able to, but Euhomy sent me a replacement chiller which works perfectly. During the process I exchanged emails with a lovely lady. So very helpful. If and when I need a replacement, I will definitely look to Euhomy first and I would definitely recommend them to other potential customers. Excellent service. 10/10
