Worth the purchase
This is an excellent choice for the price. We own 9 of them for our small business. We purchased our first ones about 1 year ago and they perform as expected 99% of the time. Some quirky things happen with the electronics, but that is expected with electronics. The Bluetooth is a great way to manage each one. My only negative comment is the handle. Whoever was in-charge of designing the handle needs to be on bathroom duty. If the coolers are loaded with any weight, the handle is very fragile.
Overall, we are quite pleased with the coolers. We needed to call customer service one time and they were responsive, friendly and helpful when finding a solution. I recommend this product.

Doesn't match the Hype.

I take ice very seriously, I eat it everyday, throughout the day, so it has to be near perfection. However, considering the price of this machine? It is what it is.

Product doesn't last
I’m really disappointed and honestly feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.
I purchased the 24 inch under counter refrigerator expecting it to last for years, not just over a year. Unfortunately, it completely stopped working after only 14 months—barely past the warranty period. When I reached out to the company, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any meaningful solution simply because the warranty had expired.
What’s frustrating isn’t just the failure itself—it’s how quickly the company distanced itself from the problem. A major appliance like a refrigerator shouldn’t fail this soon, and a company that stands behind its products would at least try to help in some way. Instead, I was left with a broken appliance and no support.
If you’re considering buying from this brand, I strongly suggest you think twice. A slightly lower price isn’t worth it if the product doesn’t last and the company won’t stand behind it when something goes wrong.
Buyers beware.
UPDATE:
I was offered a 15% discount to buy a new unit. I understand they’re trying to present the 15% discount as a goodwill gesture, in reality, it doesn’t meaningfully resolve the issue. Offering a small discount on another unit—after one already failed just outside the warranty period—doesn’t inspire confidence, especially when similar pricing is readily available elsewhere without the added frustration I’ve experienced (Amazon $699). The 15% discount would be $20 off of Amzon's price for their product.
What’s most concerning is the expectation that I should invest in another unit from the same brand after this experience, without any stronger assurance or support. The issue isn’t just the failure itself, but how it’s being handled. A product like this should last significantly longer than 14 months, and the current offer doesn’t reflect that level of accountability.
I was hoping for a resolution that demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and product reliability. At this point, I don’t feel that’s being met and it is time to move on. Again, BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased an ice maker
I purchased an ice maker. In the description, it clearly stated that the device had a pump. Tricky use of language as it turns out. There is, in fact, a very tiny pump that pumps the water to the ice tray. Tiny. The important pump, the drainage pump, is missing. No pump. So I had to buy a pump and had to pay for an extra visit from the plumber to install it. That was after the first night the lack of a drain pump flooded our floor. Better to just be clear so people are prepared.
