Euhomy sent me a new replacement cooler and, Handled my claim very quickly. I am currently dealing with another manufacturer on a warranty issue that has taken nearly three months (and still open) to repair or replace, so I really appreciate how smoothly Euhomy handled this.

I have owned several Euhomy appliances and have always had a good experience with your products and customer service. In fact, my son was recently trying to decide between two different brands of wine coolers, one of which was Euhomy. I told him about my positive experiences with Euhomy and recommended that he choose yours.

Great customer service! I did have an issue with the ice machine I purchased, but was promptly provided a replacement machine at no cost. Ecactly what i've been searching for. Works like a champ. only issue was the attachment to the waterr line was not compatible with the faucet. Please include a 3/4 in. FHT x 1/2 in adapter for those of us in the U.S.

The ice is wet and it comes out in clumps instead of single cubes

So far our ice maker working exactly as it was advertised. Very satisfied with the quality of the ice.

When our basement ice maker quit working, rather than having an appliance repair done to a 30 year old refrigerator, we looked at bar top ice makers. This one appeared to be very well regarded based upon reviews. It makes crescent shaped clear cubes which are great for cocktails. Bonus is I can freeze them, break them up and pour into my freezer door ice dispenser and fill our glasses! Very happy with the solution and the product

I had an issue with my ice machine (which I love) where it stopped working properly after a power outage. I contacted the company and I was given suggestions to try, but told to contact them if those suggestions didn’t work. I sent a video of the issue and proof of purchase and even though it was 2 months past warranty, the company sent me a brand new response. The customer service reps were kind, attentive, and prompt.

I had an issue with the ice machine I purchase on Amazon. I reached out to Euhomy and the customer service was great. I was sent a replacement unit very quickly. Very good to deal with and I love the product.

my machine broke after only having it for a few months and they so kindly replaced it after discussing what was wrong with the support team. they respond in a timely manner and are very nice!

The machine didn't work when I got it. It's taken a full week to to troubleshoot it. And I still haven't been shipped a replacement.

The units are working well. Easy to use and they work. I had a problem with connecting to the phone app, called customer service, gave me a case number and after trying to set it up with the rep he advised he needed to get more technical people involved. Never heard back,
