It is an awesome machine for the cost. Exactly as advertised and the 2” square cubes just scream “gourmet ice”.

It woudl be great if the storage compartment could be frozen storage but I simply set a timer (or get notified through the app when four cubes (two cycles) have been made to transfer them to my freezer. I assume having a frozen storage would increase the size and cost.

It is surprising how quickly you can build up a supply of fancy ice for cocktails.

I have never worked with a company who provided such a fast responds to our concerns. We loved not having to ship our icemaker back and wait for repairs. Truly a company who stands behind their product. If you’re looking to purchase a great machine and a great company buy today ! Thank you Chris we appreciate all your help.

The Euhomy nugget ice maker I purchased is working well. It was easy to set up and is proving to be much easier to maintain than the GE Opal ice maker it replaced. I’m looking forward to many years of service from this machine!

After 2 weeks of getting a Euhomy nugget ice maker, it was making loud clicking noises, even though I would run the cleaning process every 2 days and turning off the machine each night. I contacted customer service about the issue and had a quick response on a resolution. The service was prompt and professional, and my issue was resolved with a replacement unit sent to me. Euhomy truly stands behind their products and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I deeply regret purchasing this thing. I wanted to return it and get refunded, but you won't. You want me to cut the plug and receive a new one. I don't want it.

A couple months after buying my ice machine it stopped working and started making a weird sound. I tried cleaning and restarting and all the tips n trick in the book. Finally I messaged euhomy about my warranty. Everyone was very helpful and quick! Customer service was great. Once I sent in proof pictures, my new ice machine was sent almost immediately. I even got a check up to make sure everything was running good (thanks Chris).
Also I love the ice this machine makes. I've purchased others but these make very solid small ice cubes.

The ice is wet. I drain it the best I can, then put in a really cold freezer. I bought an ice pick. It's a mixed experience.

I was having an issue with my Euhomy Nugget ice maker. I contacted the support email after reading the manual that came with the ice maker, I sent in my 1 year warranty info, copy of receipt and a video of what it was doing. I got a response within a few hours, even though it was on a Sunday. Lily and Chris were both very professional and informative. They gave me a solution and requested additional information. I sent it back and they immediately resolved my problem in a positive way. I wish all companies were as efficient and helpful as Euhomy was. Their customer service is exemplary. I highly recommend their products! Thank you for your help.

I just purchased this machine on July 8th, delivered on July 10th. It hasnt even been 3 weeks yet and I am already dealing with the machine making terrible mechanical noises and now wont even work because I get an error code "E". I tried following the manual and suggested steps to fix the code, and those have not worked. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with item.

The spheres are way too small compared to what you advertise in your pictures. Very misleading!

The representative responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. My replacement product arrived within a week, which exceeded my expectations. They also provided excellent follow-up to make sure everything was resolved and that I was satisfied. We had the best experience with Euhomy customer service. Shout out to Chris! We had our ice machine have malfunctions and this company is great. It has a one year warranty. They respond so quickly to emails and got us a new ice machine that will be delivered tomorrow. We emailed Friday and tomorrow is Tuesday! That is top notch customer service. They were even communicating on the WEEKEND to make sure our family was taken care of! Definitely will be purchasing with them in the future for more items we need.

The slot to put water in is very inconvenient. When you get ice water drip too much on the bottom. Ice take too long to make.

I was really pleased at how fast and efficient the support team was handling my issue with my machine. They answered all of my questions with detail and were extremely friendly. While I hope to not have another issue I know that if I do I am in good hands! Thank you!

They were wonderful to work with, they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! It seems like once a company has made it big and won over customers throughout the years the customers "assume" they still have good customer service to this day. Sad to say, it's not true.

I bought an ice maker through Amazon September 2025 and a few days ago it started tripping the GFI where it was plugged in. I messaged the company and they sent me a new ice machine within a week I am beyond happy and very pleased with how Euhomy’s customer service handle this!! Thank you
