Great customer service
Although it wasn't great that my ice machine stopped working, the overall process of replacing it was. It was covered under warranty so I had a full replacement, no charge. They were quick and efficient! The couple people that were handling my case, if you will, were kind and quick to get it resolved.

Great nugget ice maker, excellent customer support
I bought a nugget ice maker that initially worked well, but developed problems after about 6 weeks. I contacted Euhomy and spoke with Chris in customer support. He was very helpful. Replacement was arranged and it was shipped. Within about 5 days of my initial email my new ice maker arrived at my door and is working well. Everything was handled quickly, emails responded to promptly and shipping was very fast. Now I have a new nugget ice maker which is working perfectly. And I even received an email from Chris to make sure everything had gone well and that I'm happy with the replacement. Top notch customer service. I would definitely buy from Euhomy again.

Returned Product
I purchased an Ice tile maker, but we decided we wanted a nugget maker instead. I have spent two weeks now trying to return the product and the customer service team has been slow, even trying to convince me to keep the product. I have no issues with the product, but I will not purchase directly from their site again due to the hassle with potential returns.

The cubes are not clear
The cubes are not clear. They have some sediment in them. They are also smaller than excepted. We like the deep well to hold the cubes and the large scoop.

For the sediment ,may I kindly ask if you have previously tried cleaning the inside of the machine using a vinegar and water solution (1:5 ratio) to see if it makes any difference?

Ice MAKER, Not Freezer
Compact and efficient ice maker. Fits nicely on counter top. It wasn't clear when purchasing that it makes ice but doesn't keep it cold. They say on the package to remove ice once it's made, which isn't expected by most people.
The up side is even though it melts quickly, the water goes to a reservoir where it can be made into ice again. But that comes at a cost because then it's running most of the day creating ice that melts, and the process repeats.

Ich habe meine Klimaanlage am 22. Juni bei OTTO beim Verkäufer Euhomy bestellt. Trotz dieser Hitzewelle hat dieser miese Laden sie immer noch nicht verschickt.
Das Einzige, was sie getan haben, war, DHL einen elektronischen Versandaufkleber zu geben. Eigentlich hätte sie gestern ankommen sollen.
Ich habe Tage gebraucht, um überhaupt eine Antwort von ihnen zu bekommen, weil sie es lieben, ihre Kunden zu ignorieren. Und alles, was sie gesagt haben, ist, dass DHL das Paket verloren hat. Aber es gibt gar keine Sendung! Ich habe bei DHL angerufen, mich lange mit ihnen unterhalten, und sie haben mir rechtsverbindlich bestätigt, dass Euhomy noch gar nichts verschickt hat. Das ist eine Lüge!
Dieser Verkäufer hat diesen Artikel also zu 99 % woanders zu einem höheren Preis verkauft und beschlossen, mich anzulügen und DHL die Schuld zu geben.
Ich kümmere mich um eine Person mit pulmonaler Hypertonie, die bei diesem Wetter sehr gefährdet ist. Ich habe die Bestellung noch vor dem Höhepunkt der Hitzewelle aufgegeben, und dieser betrügerische Verkäufer hat sie in Gefahr gebracht.
Hoffentlich passiert dir auch mal so etwas Schreckliches!

Love my cooler and ice maker combination. We took it to the beach and had ice cold drinks and ice for cocktails all day. As long as it holds up, which Euhomy products usually do, I’m a very happy customer.

We love the combo ice maker / fridge, makes a ton of ice pretty quick and the fridge can go as low as -4 degrees for a freezer . We use in our camper van to make ice and to have more freezer space
