Working great so far. I love that I can have new ice balls and just about 90 minutes. To be honest, the build quality is way higher than what I was expecting. That is a very nice plus.

Easy purchase and quick delivery
Easy purchase and quick delivery. I’ve maker looks nice and seems like a solid build quality. Instructions were good and I was making ice very quickly. I don’t like that the nice has holes in it and it doesn’t keep the holding tray cold. So the ice instantly starts melting as soon as it’s done.

i returned the car refrigerator and received an email stating that they have received it. the email states that my refund will be $182.22. so far, i've only seen $39.80 refunded on my CC. will keep checking my account for the remaining $142.42 due back to me.

Product arrived broken and after three attempts to try and get it to work, it failed all three times. Now i just want my money back i left 2 stars rating as customer service has tried to have me run tests and at least have been n touch with me but i do not have a commitment for a refund or new unit

Since it was still under warranty, I reached out to them and they tried to help me troubleshoot the issue, but we determined it was broken beyond repair. Ice machine replacement
I contacted because my ice machine that was less than a year old stopped working properly. They emailed me back within an hour with steps I could try to fix it, then after were very responsive and made the process so easy. After we figured out the one I had was not going to work again, they shipped me a new one the next day. It has been amazing customer service!

I chose the 19qt portable refrigerator for dispersed camping and couldn't be happier with my decision. I got it on sale at a great price. It's very quiet, cools off quickly and looks great. It's also a great size for car camping. Overall, a very nice product.
