System deliveries ice just as advertised. I have it set on thickness 4 and it delivers all we need. As far as the sound. A little more than dishwasher. But system pauses when basket is full. I turn it on when having my morning coffee and off around 6 PM No strange noises. At 2 weeks it delivers ice a advertised.

I am highly satisfied with the Sapphire Crystal Clear Ice Cube Machine; however, I have noted that its production rate is approximately three cubes every hour and forty minutes.

The products are working as they should, which is great, and any questions or concerns that I have had have all been answered politely, fully, and promptly.

Love your Ice Machine enough this is my Second purchase in the last 2+ years. The first machine started making a strange noise after the last cleaning so this new machine is for "BackUp".

I've owned to euhomy products now. A mini refrigerator-freezer that my son took to back and forth to college and has now been passed down to my niece. And I recently purchased Luna Series Crescent Ice Maker directly from their site. I never thought I would write this a sentence like this, but this thing makes beautiful ice. Just like out of a commercial ice make you would find at hotels and restaurants. Fill it with quality spring water and out comes perfect and clear ice. I'm very happy I chose this model and I am hopeful it will last for years. (Based on the refrigerator, I suspect it will.)

The ice balls were smaller than I’d hope and melt quickly. I tried the day I ordered to immediately cancel and they drug their feet until the product was delivered. I’ve asked them about their return policy and crickets.

The ice maker is awesome. I was sad it stopped working after 3 months. I put a warranty claim in. I followed the steps. I got my new ice marker within a week if me putting my claim in. Very fast service.

Personal and quick response to questions. Genuinely wanted to help solve the problem.

Well for starters I was upset that a one of the parts for my daughters vanity was broken, and I was a little scared since my lazy a** took so long to open up the boxes to assemble it I thought my time had ran out.... I emailed the company with my frustration, I received a response the following morning, I then sent the requested photos, bill of sale, and specific nomenclature of the product... After verification (2 days maybe) the company asked for my address and I received the replacement parts within the week... Impressed is an understatement, this is truly the epitome of customer service.

I took it camping and powered it off a deep cycle battery and it ran for 4 days (I think it could have gone longer). So far this cooler is great. I set the temperature at 34 degrees it kept all my food cold just above freezing and this cooler will freeze which is pretty cool.

Quick solution to my problem and got a new part within the same 1-2 weeks.

The ice is very small and takes a long time to produce a full batch. In addition to the poor performance, the return policy does not allow you to return the item if it has been used. No-Hassle Return is only allowed if it is unused.

The ice maker’s first cubes (after running one cycle to ensure cleanliness), were good. This last batch appears to lack the strength to hold together under a room temperature pour and they fracture internally. While not tragic by any measure, the point of having this machine is clear ice for cocktails and if they are fracturing, that isn’t technically clear.

I Absolutely Love my 55 gallon Car Refrigerator! Extremely Happy, 0 Complaints. I demo Car Audio, so I can be hours giving demos and know not have to worry about ice melting. It's so easy to operate and highly energy efficient. Would BUY again! Great product I completely Love mine!

We absolutely love our ice-maker. It is fast, and the ice keeps well. Ours developed an odd noise, so I contacted support. They were very helpful in diagnosing the issue. It turned out the problem was terminal. They had a replacement in the mail to me a day later. Their support team, WOW, they are definitely the people you want customer-facing. If I weren't already sold on the product, the support team would make me a customer for life.

We recently bought our Euhomy portable fridge for use with our Pennine camper and it performed brilliantly during a very warm 3-day camping trip.

The fridge cooled down quickly, stayed consistently cold throughout the weekend, and ran efficiently from our leisure battery and solar setup. It had no problem keeping our drinks and food properly chilled despite the high temperatures.

What really impressed me, however, was the customer service. The small chain that prevents the lid from opening too far was damaged on arrival. I contacted the company and received a response quickly. A replacement part arrived within a few days and was very easy to fit. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products and deals with issues so efficiently.

Overall, we're extremely pleased with the fridge and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Great performance, good value for money, and excellent customer support.
