The service provided by Euphoria One was incredible: super-fast dispatch and delivery. The hair itself is a perfect color match to my own natural hair—silky soft, cool to the touch, and shiny. The keratin bonds are superb quality too, which is important. I'm currently wearing these extensions myself, and they've washed beautifully. I will be buying their hair extensions and other products again for sure. I very highly recommend them.

I’ve been using Euphoria one hair extensions for nearly two years now and I have so many postive things to say. The business it’s self is absolutely astounding, no matter what question the friendly team responds with fast and efficient replies giving me all information and more that I need, they are so friendly and great. They help me from colour matches to getting more detail about the product I’m buying. I’ve used both there weaves and nano extensions method and they have never let me down. The hair is such good quality and lasts me near enough a year (which is excellent for hair extensions) it styles great and is easy to put in your hair. The prices are so reasonable you can have absolutely gorgeous hair without breaking the bank. More often than not I get compliments on my hair when I’m in pubic. They really are the best and will never use another company I can’t thank them enough and can’t wait to order fresh hair for my birthday:)

Customer service is absolutely brilliant, I had an issue with DPD and the customer service agent I spoke to went above and beyond to rectify the issue and ensure that I received the order in time for my client. The hair is brilliant quality and affordable.

Always a great company to buy from, i have been using them for years. I had an issue lately with a DPD delivery going missing for 3 days, but within an evening Euphorias team had rectified the issue, put my mind at rest, and reordered my items for the weekend. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had place the wrong ordered of hair and contacted the help support via social media. The colleague who I spoke with answer me proptly and managed to give me a store credit for my order for me to go in and get the correct hair! I have used Euphoria one in the past and this has honestly made me want to keep using the brand! Thanks again

Customer service is amazing, I did had some minor issues with the hair but euphoria were really quick and eager to help me, I contacted them via email back and forth and the communication, professionalism was just amazing and replies were quick too coukdnt recommend more :)

Ordered twice from euphoria and I can honestly say these are the best hair extensions I’ve ever had . Been wearing extensions for 14 years and tried many different companies. These are by far the best by a mile. Customer service was also excellent . Delivered on time too.

Worst hair extensions ever they lasted me about 3 weeks before they discoloured and all broke off I had 24 inches
I applied for some compensation and their customer service team was useless

I’ve waited a month to review these Extensions and so far they are the best hair exstensions I have ever used. There is no tangling, no dryness and they are so silky smooth, even after the first wash. I'm so happy with them and they are far better than one of the leading brands I have tried before! Truly excellent! X

I am beyond impressed with the hair that I have received for my client! The hair quality is truly incredible and the colour selection is extensive. The colour match for my client was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank the WhatsApp team enough for this! Both me and my client are in love with how her hair feels and looks! Following a purchase on 22nd January that was never received I want to warn others of possible issues regarding this company that is incapable of accurate customer service and the inability to follow consumer law.

This non delivery (circled around DPD for 2 weeks and eventually delivered to someone’s door step - after i instructed it to be delivered to a DPD locker) has still not been refunded to me to this day. They don’t seem to want to refund me until they have their claim settled with the postal service. As the consumer I am unable to open a claim for loss with the postal service - this lies solely with the seller to be able to make this claim. This is out of my hands and very much in theirs so they shouldn’t be holding onto my money almost 4 weeks after initially purchasing.

I humbly wouldn’t recommend this company whatsoever - so much so I have opened a credit card chargeback as I don’t believe they have any intention of refunding me.

Great service and communication. Hair swatch has a great selection of shades of colour. Highly recommend
