Was a slight delay in delivery but was kept well informed by branch manager.
Ordered Monday installed by Friday of same week.

The order was taken very quickly followed by a phone call from your Derby depot saying that it would be a few days as they had not got the items in stock.
A few days later I had another call saying that they could deliver the following afternoon, I waited in and heard nothing. So I rang to be told that he had been delayed in Nottingham but could deliver in two days. This was no help as I was away, was there anywhere to leave them, no.
They then said it might be a while to get another delivery. On our return I got a phone call to say they could deliver that day, which they did.
Overall the delivery experience was not as good as I expected.

Delivery was fast and delivered by a lovely guy who was polite and considerate.
We realised the item we purchased was not the correct item, so we contacted the Derby branch and spoke to a staff member called Chris. Chris organised a swap for the correct item and it was delivered the same day. Amazing service all round. We called to thank Chris and he was able to arrange a refund for the difference in price without any hassle. Amazing customer service and a wonderful experience. We will most definitely be using them again and we strongly recommend this service.

I think Eurocell is very good because my first experience using them was revealing. I phoned up the local depot near to where I was working and enquired about several items. All were in stock which is always a good start. The best of this was that as some of these items were 5m in length, larger than our vehicle size, they agreed to deliver the following morning. This order was placed at 1.00pm. It arrived 9.00am as agreed and the driver rang to confirm prior to arrival. That's excellent service.

Very good experience with this shop - went into to get a lock gearbox part which is quite specialised and it was in store for a good price. Also returned to ask for some assistance on the item I had purchased and found the staff to be friendly and very helpful with that - I would definitely use this shop again.

Great communication and delivery was very prompt

I went online to order a product from the Derby store and received a pleasant call 5 minutes later telling me the the product was now on the counter awaiting my collection
the product is great the price right but the service was above and beyond
the branch manager( I think Steve or Chris) receives my praise well done

Couldn't do enough to get the material order to me. Ordered the wrong size part and Eurocell called me to inform of what I ordered incorrectly and changed the part FOC. Great service. Thank you

The website is easy to navigate & simple to follow, wemt to collect the item the same day and the staff were professional & noligabl..Thankyou will come back again.

Was very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble.

Chris at the Derby branch has been superb! Helping me will a small delivery of window boards and even going the extra mile to get hold of the end caps from the Mansfield branch. Only for us to find out my customer had changed their mind !
He dealt with the refund too with no stress and really helpful thank you !

Had initial problems with website - first not adding my location, then timed out waiting to add item to bag. Had to try again the next day with success. Once ordered it was very quick and efficient with a call from the local branch within 10 minutes to say the item was ready to collect.
