Poor after sales service
The products I received were great, unfortunately not all my order was in stock at the time of collection. Despite the web site stating they were in stock. I was told that I would be notified when they were in stock. Some 4-5 weeks later I still have not heard a thing.

Going not just that extra mile , going above and beyond . Please visit this branch as they will make sure you get the item you need even if it costs them an around trip miles away to another branch ! Had to chase area salesmanager when Item bought at 2 depots varied significantly then what I was charged was incorrect.prices advertised in promotional flyers are not what you pay.still waiting weeks later for follow up email about query.useless .

Consistently good product and service.
As a building company we do a lot of trade with Eurocell. Their staff are friendly, well informed and helpful. There can be a lot of detail to understand in specifying a door or window, they will take you through it and never patronise.
On the few occasions when something turns up damaged or wrong they are quick to sort it out and get it right.
Their products are consistently of a good quality and well priced.
