TLDR; Overall process: Great support and fast response!

After several weeks of deciding to install a new (three-phase) inverter, the search to a high-quality inverter was next and my eyes fell on a SMA Tripower 8.0kw inverter. Considering previous experience with SMA, this seemed the best inverter for my purposes.

Alas, the inverter was virtually sold out *anywhere* in NL, making it hard to get one before the summer. Leadtimes of > 6 months existed at local suppliers. As I still had planned to install it on a short notice, I went on looking out for other european businesses.

Google helped me out getting to europe-solarstore.com and to my surprise, the inverters were on stock *and* cheaper than many other suppliers in NL. As I wondered why this was possible and if it wasn't a typo on the site, I mailed them asking if they were still on stock.

Ordering & Delivery:

Within a few hours I got a reply back stating the inverter I was looking for, was in stock and could be delivered in a timely fashion. I've ordered the inverter after the mailing and the order was processed on monday.

The order was delivered by DHL and tracking information was given on monday, so I was able to see where the package was.

A few days later I received the inverter and it was installed only a few days later. As everything was included, the setup went on smoothly.

Aftersales:
After a week, europe-solarstore.com contacted me, asking if I received the inverter succesfully and if I had any remaining questions over the product. This kind of attention is quite professional and does show they care about their customer.

In all, the experience was very well! Perhaps the only point of critisizm I could have, would be that during the orderplacement, no other options were available/visible aside from a bank transfer. They do however, have other payment methods available. Just ask customer support to help you out!

Got advised that an Inverter would have arrived in few weeks. Got alerted when it did arrive. Arrived from Lithuania to Italy in a week. No problems whatsoever.

They didn´t comunicate, fake store probably...

Total joke this "store". They do not reply to emails nor pick up the phone nor do they send you any products. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Despite busy times for solar product suppliers quick response and good delivery time. Product was very well packed on a pallet very pleased with it and good prices compared to suppliers in the Netherlands.

I have had some slow experiences with Europe-Solarstore and on a couple different orders had to reach out to them to see if the order was indeed confirmed and being processed, but overall I give them 4 stars because everything that has been ordered I have gotten in good conditions and they give good customer service when they answer (sometimes they are delayed but you just have to be a bit pushy then).

Fast delivery - everything is O.K.

In 2019 I bought three SMA inverter without any issue. The order process went smooth, good communication. However, this year I bought two SMA solar inverters. The order process went smooth again, but one inverter good damaged during the Fedex transport. I tired to contact the company via email, but they do not response to emails when you have problems . I called them and in the beginning they promised to help, but nothing happens. Now they even don't answer my phone calls anymore.
Need to write of a 1200 Euro piece of equipment...

Seems like nobody cares about the orders. tried to phone number of times morning afternoon evening etc. Placed order for gear but afraid to send money as there is zero response to mails or phone.
