The powmr 5kw 100ah battery that I ordered was out of
stock at the time of ordering it.I decided to order it anyway and wait for the delivery until it came back into stock.I was very impressed by the up to date information on the possible arrival into stock and the expected delivery date to me.As it turned out it was delivered on time,in good condition and i cannot wait to get it working

We bought a PowMr 10kW low-frequency inverter POW-RELAB 10KE on PowMr store on lazada and we have had only disappointments and no refunds:
1) Arrived late, dented, scratched with wrong manual and without any monitoring networking - no discount offered and return was difficult/impossible due to 60kg weight !
2) No control of MPPT charging current! All other big inverter charge controllers have an explicit current limit but not this one - unbelievable omission.
3) MPPT starts doing sawtooth hourly PV current shutdowns with no explanation.
4) Signs of external Chinese software and running control/manipulation and ignores all charge rate % hints with huge unregulated currents suddenly at night with impossible software update alerts that cannot complete. Maybe CCCP plans dangerous electrical grid hacking this way ?

Customer service is laughable, I genuinely don't know how this company is still in business. Product quality is absolute bottom of the barrel, the worst of the worst.

Support is perfect!

`I was planning to purchase the PowMr 6.2kW PRO inverter, but after doing some research, I found a disturbing video showing a major technical failure (Fault 08) and even worse customer support.
It is clear that the company (PowMr Factory Store) is trying to cheat a customer by claiming a valid warranty (Order 30444796156401754) has expired. Seeing that their official "support" engineers actually bricked the device with a bad firmware update (Fault 32) and then demanded 50% more money for a replacement is a huge red flag.
I will not risk my money with a brand that lies about delivery dates and forces customers to do dangerous repairs. Disappointing service. I'm choosing another brand.`

The issue was finally resolved after communication with the seller and AliExpress support.
Refund was received and the seller stayed in contact during the process.
The situation with the firmware update was unfortunate, but I appreciate that the case was closed and a solution was reached.

Nice and high quality for it's money, but I had to turn fans around and add 2 more on top for exhaust. Air goes from bottom to top in nature.
Besides that - all good!

Цілком задоволений як самим виробником так і їх продукцією з якою мав змогу працювати. Велике "дякую" за те. що вони створили продукцію, доступну у фінансовому плані для українців в цей час. Продукція невибаглива у використанні, при правильних налаштуваннях не створює питань - просто працює і все :) Маю змогу порівнювати продукцію (гібридні інвертори) різних років виробництва - чим новіший - тим (на моє бачення) якісніше виконання виробу та вносяться зміни у програмне забезпечення. Підтримка завжди в наявності - питання не залишаються без відповіді.

Received battery and installed, all functions were normal. BMS setup was slightly involved, as the manual instructions for 'cable' (battery to inverter), were not clear.
Reaching out to POWMr, tech support provided link to 'build' proper Cat6 cable and then BMS started functioning.
Balancing battery is a slow process, since BMS parameters appear fixed, with no ability to alter, e.g.; charging volts, charging amps.

I bought an mppt 100A and a low frequency inverter RELAB10KWE.So far everything works properly and they seem to be of a good construction quality.
Seller responded well and they arrived on time and safe.I hope I will return for more in the future as I happen to be a semipro pv installer.

Highly recommended. Powmr is very strong and durable, i bought a Powmr 60ah MPPT charger controller and i have been using it for the past 6 years, and that made me love the brand so i bought another Powmr 6.2kw Hybrid Inverter and i have been using it also without any problem. just stick to the golden rule of proper load sizing and have a proper earthing in your house, make use of qualified installers too.

Salve a tutti, inverter montato circa 2 anni fa e tutto procede bene. Nessun tipo di problema tranne il fatto che è un po' rumoroso ma nei limiti. Ho un canale YouTube che si chiama "Tuttofotovoltaico" dove ho recensionato l'inverter acquistato dalla PowMr e da sempre offro consulenza tecnica su questo prodotto in modo gratuito logicamente nei limiti, spero che la mia disponibilità si traduca in una collaborazione di lavoro con la PowMr. Grazie di tutto

This company produces products that offer a good value for the money. Generally, if you operate the products within the conditions outlined in the manual, they work reliably. Unfortunately, the manuals are often full of errors and incomplete.

However, not all of their products work properly. Sometimes it's a hardware failure, other times it's a software failure. And they are constantly revising the product line, making what you bought 6 months ago completely obsolete and unsupportable.

Then there's the matter of customer support. In my last attempt at resolving a technical issue, it required nearly 4 months to get past "Do you have the power switch turned on?", followed by "Are there any cables connected to the unit?", which is often followed up by "Send a photo of it", followed by "Disconnect all cables and turn the power on", which, after disconnecting the unit, there is no longer a power source, so after explaining that, they ask "Please send a photo of the display" (which of course is blank), and after you do that, they conclude that you need to attach cables and turn the power switch on. Problem solved. Lather, rinse, repeat.

After about 8 months of constant back and forth, they finally admitted that the firmware in that particular manufacturing run of this particular model was defective. So they sent me software to upgrade it, but the software was defective, so it was not possible.

As it was under warranty, I asked to replace the units, but they are no longer made. So I asked about the newer version, and they offered me a slightly discounted price. I ordered it. But it turns out to be completely incompatible with my existing (defective) equipment, so now I have no choice but to replace all of it.

Inverter stopped working and will not start. Contacted company and they asked to send video. Video of what? My hand pressing the start button?!!!! They just want to avoid support.

der aller schlechteste Service den ich erlebt habe seit über 25 Jahren. Zum Ende der Garantiezeit geht der WR defekt. Kein Telefon - auf Email wird nicht geantwortet. Man tut so als ob es keinen dort angeht.
Jedes deutsche Unternehmen wird zur Kasse gezogen Bei der Firma könnten die Abmahnorg. soviel Geld verdienen.
