Europlas PVCu Ltd Reviews

I used the Europlas store in East Kilbride and the service was first class. The company met my product specs to a Tee, and the staff were excellent. “Kenny” was especially helpful and lead times were spot on. No delays, No dramas, No problems and definitely No hesitation in recommending them.

I have had glass units made up to replace blown windows at a old property, and had new door and windows at present property from europlas they are very helpful all round.

Extremely happy with the windows and doors we purchased and the Exceptional Customer Service:
"We had an excellent experience at the Abergavenny Branch. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly, Matt, Leon and Robbie who went above and beyond to assist us again. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!" Thanks

Darran and the Europlas team at Blackwood are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Communication is fast and clear. The products are good quality and excellent value.

Great outfit with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, often trying their hardest to make a tradesman’s day easier. I’ve dealt with them for a number of years and from Chris on the materials and plastics side to Dale and his team on the frames and glazing side they are all excellent and I would recommend them every time.

I dealt with Lynette and Andy at WInsford when renovating my house last year. Their help and advice was first class, and I’m delighted with the windows and doors supplied.

Been using Europlas for many years always, they have great stock in or can get it next day. Prices are good delivery is always quick and nothing is ever to much trouble for them.

Europlas Buckley – a shining example of what great service looks like, thanks to Chris.

From the moment I walked in, Chris greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that instantly put me at ease. His customer‑service instincts are top‑notch – he listens, answers every question promptly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you feel valued.

But what truly sets Chris apart is his expert knowledge of Europlas’s product line. He breaks down technical details into easy‑to‑understand language, offers insightful recommendations, and always backs his advice with solid experience.

On top of that, Chris is relentless about getting deliveries to you as quickly as possible. He coordinates the warehouse, follows up with the logistics team, and even checks in after the order ships to make sure it arrives on schedule. In my case, he had my materials on the road within hours of placing the order – a turnaround that saved us critical time on the jobsite.

If you’re looking for a team that combines genuine friendliness, top‑tier expertise, and a “fast‑track” delivery mindset, Chris at Europlas Buckley is the gold standard. Highly recommended!
