Quick to dispatch, well packaged. Quality product that feels really robust and able to last a long time and most importantly works well (3 pin to type 2 charger).

Excellent service: prompt and effective
EV Extras have been been brilliant to deal with. During my initial enquiries they answered some technical questions fully and quickly. And their excellent serviced continued when I had a slight problem with the charger - which they rectified immediately. Excellent service and always prompt to respond.

WOW! Just unbelievable service. I had forgotten to add one of the free items into the cart and i emailed the Ev team and within 5 minutes Emma had came back to me to say she had everything sorted. I cannot recommend Emma and the team enough. Super service and thankyou Emma.

Brilliant service. Within 30 mins of order being made I had a txt message off Kathryn just to 100% confirm I wanted a type1 cable. New cable was shipped same day and arrived the next. Now fitted to my home charger.

I made a mistake with my order

High quality cable that avoid the mess
I purchased a coiled ev lead to avoid the lead lying on the floor getting wet and messy when I charge, the cable from ev extras is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for.

Very Customer Centric Business
Had to order a new EV cable and Kathryn and Emma were very helpful in explaining my options, ensuring I didn’t forget to apply a discount code when ordering. Finally, through no fault of EV Extras there was a delay in delivery and Emma, spoke with the courier Company to understand the issue and speed things up! Brilliant service, nice product too!
