I paid a nearly a thousand dollars to book a consult with an Everlab Dr and to start with one gut micro biome test to get me started on an important health journey. I was sent a profile to fill out to secure the Dr’s appointment. Problem is, the company software both on the app and from the browser setting could not “save” my information in one section, therefore I entered a technology loop. Telephone consultants do not help. There’s no tech support. I am not reduced to writing negative reviews, emails, and possibly lawyer intervention if this is not resolved quickly.

I am loving EverLab. Having done the Dexa body scan and Nutritional evaluation I now know to work on strength training and muscle building to strengthen my bones and reduce muscle loss as I get older. Excited moving forward with EverLab.

The staff have been friendly prompt and helpful. Doctor Thomas has been informative and friendly. The vo2max team and dexa scan team at exercise matters at Noosa were awesome, patient and informative. The data analysis is amazing. Loving it so far.

Follow up with client and coordinating of tests prompt and hassle free for client. Chooses very receptive and professional services to conduct investigations. Everlab actually cares and is thorough, prompt and oversees investigations and outcomes to completion with medical staff tracking results live.

Have gone above and beyond expectations so far

The experience has been daunting and all very knew to me. The service, follow up and practitioners I have dealt with so far have been fabulous ! Reassuring me and making me feel at ease. Jason at Sportsmed West Perth put me through my VO2 max testing and was excellent .

It was very informative. Frazer was a wealth of knowledge.

Everything is beautifully and speedily organised.

I have done the bloodwork option. A highly efficient service so far. Easy to book on the app, communication was great & test results are in-depth, informative & quick to receive.

Fantastic to have a fully integrated review of my health rather than the usual fragmented tests where the doctor doesn't have the knowledge, time or desire to take a whole body approach.

At last something that makes sense to me.

My initial consultation with the Everlab Dr was very good. I felt unrushed, understood and listened to. I was given plenty of time to explain my concerns and really felt like I was understood. I was not pushed into an expensive treatment option but was suggested a lower cost option initially that may suit me better.

Easy, supportive and professional.

The whole experience was professional and the tests get all the information so the Everlab doctor can make informed decisions to direct you for the correct treatment. There is good support for any questions you may have along the journey.

I feel bit overwhelmed and slightly taken for an online scam .
The pricing process isn’t clear when you sign up .
After the online consult if $299 ( bit expensive for 30 mins), you get transferred to receptionist who straight away asks if your credit card ends in … you say yes , then straight away I was charged $900. No explanation . Red flags. This can’t be legal practice without explaining charge before processing. That cost covers full blood test and Dexa / body composition test. Very expensive .
I was promised a consult after this was included to analyze my results . Let’s see if they add more fees !!!
Feel underlying feeling this is just a big scam .

Everlab may have saved my life I had heart conditions I didn't know I had and didn't come in annual blood tests. The tests they recommended from my history has now given me the opportunity to address my health issue directly and I feel empowered and motivated for the future.
