The photo on the Home page should be enough to put you off. Who puts up a photo of a woman with her zipper half undone? Shows lack of attention to detail.

Excellent, as a nurse this is an easy to use service.

I had excellent success with the trial and the initial 1 month subscription. My primary interest was in live tv viewing. Then I tried the 3 month subscription. To be honest, their initial promotions for pause/catch-up, compatibility with Tivimate premium and working with a vpn were all not true. But because the resolution was very good, stability or lack of buffering was very good, and good price point, I would resubscribe. That said, at the most important viewing moments or peak usage, there was excessive buffering. That happen during critical sporting events and news reports. Talking with tech support did not help. They suggested abandoning any thoughts of vpn and promoted downloading their iScreenHd player. Their player did not help.

I tried to use/test the Trial service, didn't work.

Horrible customer service.

Do not sign up for any of their plans.

For those who want to manage their health in a way your doctor won’t even suggest iScreen is a great option for proactive health care. I have used them for years and they are very professional and quick to assist with specialised needs for custom test packages.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with i-screen. I paid for a gut microbiome test, and after my sample was processed, they refused to release my results because of an open PayPal dispute related to a separate SIBO test that I had requested to cancel immediately after ordering. Despite emailing them for the cancellation, I received no response, leaving me no choice but to raise a PayPal dispute.

Withholding someone’s personal medical data over a payment issue is unethical, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. I’m dealing with significant health issues and needed these results for my ongoing care, yet they chose to use them as leverage.

This behaviour shows a complete lack of empathy, integrity, and respect for patients. Be extremely cautious before using this company, no one should ever have to fight for access to their own health information.

EDIT: They finally agreed to release my result but still that email from the company’s director Amelia was still unprofessional and brassy. No apologies or what so ever from her. However, the other staff was helpful.

The information provided in the results is excellent and utilises functional medicine ranges, not pathological ranges. The DNA report was also hugely beneficial in helping identify areas of epigenetic focus for lifestyle changes.

Wouldn't recommend - they say on the website that they gonna send you a pathology form, but in reality they send a kit that takes forever to arrive. and when I requested the refund, they kept $30 as a cancellation fee - even though I cancelled due to the misleading information on their website

Got my test.. everything indicates I’m I a bad way, but hey if you just pay for multiple other tests they said you can find out more how to treat everything… what steps to take. I paid $700…just to know actually nothing, just a bunch of lies. Because I jumped on board with “Life X DNA” they gave me everything for $799… the full Monty, according to their test I’m not in a bad way at all, their test tells not just everything, only one test not multiple test, treatments, diets, hormones, bone structure, mental, cardiovascular… the list goes on, the test has over 200plus pages, very detailed information. Way way more comprehensive, if you want a similar test from IScreen your looking at their most expensive test, and then you will still to pay for more tests. I recommend to stay away from IScreen, they are just a ripoff…. Very little info, no contact phone no. it’s like they are trying to hide who they really are… just a waist of money. “ Life X DNA “ all the way for me, 1 test and 1 test only is what they charge you, not multiple test. Avoid IScreen at all cost….!!!!!!

I have used i-screen services for a number of years and referred many friends also, it is the best private testing service in Australia and my GP and specialists are always amazed at the tests and dashboards, often exclaiming that they are more comprehensive than they would be allowed to request through the Medicare / mainstream medical system.

The customer service and responsiveness from the team when you have questions is always fantastic too, well done team :)

Male hormone check so far so good my blood test document expired as I hate blood tests🤣 but they happily extend it for me and should receive results back soon very promptly responded to email right away.

I have ordered the methylated DNA test for myself and my partner. I was very excited when the results came back 2 weeks earlier as expected. However my results vs my partners results, should be much more different, but they are very similar - it almost looks like a copy and paste form. Not sure what to think of that, like are some gene mutations more common than others? Our results are so similar that we kinda should eat the same, take the same supplements and the test result form wasn't done for male and female, but for both, which I have found very weird. I expected more when spending so much money on a test. I have to talk to an expert to see if that all works out ok or if it's like I said a copy/paste form.

Customer service is unbelievably bad. You can't ring them and the person who answers their generic email - doesn't read the emails!

I got a canned response that was unrelated, even though I asked her to re-read my question 3 times.

The operator, who's name started with "A", was obstructionist, a poor communicator and not at all interested in customer service.

If you have an option, go where you will get some customer service - should there be an issue.

Avoid avoid avoid. Stole money from me. Ignoring my emails.

Purchased a test for 450$ , after I emailed them pretty much immediately asking advice on if I could take whilst on antimicrobial. When I was told I shouldn't I then asked if it was possible to have a refund and would repurchase once finished my course.
Without even explaining any options they refunded me partially and charged me for the kit. Now I literally emailed them within minutes, barely in the system 2 minutes and have taken a cut of of the money. They are refusing to answer any emails. It seems I'm not the first person this has happened too. It's nearly impossible to find reviews anywhere and all their commenting is turned off on social media. Be careful, money bracket at its finest.

The test results were sent to my doctor's clinic. While I have nothing to hide, I wanted to send the results to a doctor of my choice and at a time of my choosing. I have solicited and paid for these tests and was not prescribed them by a doctor.
This is in breach of the privacy rules this company professes to follow.
No correspondence after emailing them about this breach of trust.

Did their fodmap testing and their gut testing. Tests were easy to use and the results came back quickly. Now i have some excellent informatoin to adjust my nutrition.

Faulse and deceptive advertising. Paid $22 U.S for genuine straw hat made in Ecuador. Received paper hat made in china. Source also falsely stated in shipping information.
