Recently I discovered that one of my gift card disappeared silently from the app. I have searched every folder (active & archived) but it disappeared without any trace. It is hardly noticabe as there are many gifts cards and I suppose they are all listed in my Everup wallet. I contacted the support team and they send me a link to open the gift cards. This proved that my missing gift card is still active. The problem is: who can notice a gift card missing if the Everup app doesn’t give any notification and the gift card just disappeared silently? The support team is very responsive but keep asking questions that I have already answered and explained. The solution they suggested is that what I have tried many times and reported to them. It is quite time-consuming and disappointing. It is recommended to check regularly whether a gift card is missing from your Everup wallet, in order to avoid unnecessary losses.

Easy to use, does the job and great savings

Hi all, to start. Shopping in my local Sainsbury. Opened the everup app typed in my request. But somehow I received ac£500.oo gift card wow, was I shocked.i only needed £18.00 in shock did not know what to do. However contacted everup by email , behold within 5 minutes I had a reply. They were fantastic,I did not expect to see my £500 pounds again ,but hey they worked some magic and repaid within four days .well done everup. As pointed out to me it was down to Sainsbury if they gave me my money back. But I also think it was everup that made that happen thank you so much

I was unable to log into my account all of a sudden after using it twice. After having to track down an email on their website (as no help button is provided on the log in screen), I was informed that my account was suspended and that I had to provide ID. I was not told on the app that my account was suspended, nor was I given any way of contacting them, which is a violation of their own Terms of Service.

Upon asking them whether they wanted my ID sent over a more secure method than email, they said that they had now decided not to remove the suspension on my account. Suspicious that they wanted personal information sent insecurely.

A company suspending your account with no given reason and no notice should not be trusted with your money. They can suspend your account at any time with no reason and take any cashback you have earned.

They have claimed that “this was not a random action”. This is true, I was suspended because me and my friend asked the same question to their support at the same time. It is concerning that simply asking a question (about whether we can use a credit card to pay) can get you banned.

Good to use Apple Pay because it didn’t reduce the cashback amount if I use Apple Pay. It’s much fair.

Love love love it! What’s not to love you’re saving money who doesn’t like saving money! Tried to get a few friends onto it, but they’ve said it’s too fiddly?? I don’t agree! Once you get into the habit of creating gift vouchers it becomes second nature. In fact I hate it when I don’t realise that I’ve just paid for something in a shop and they are on the app but after awhile you have your regular shops that you always shop at and anything else is a quick doublecheck beforehand!

Great cashback app as you are likely shopping in most of the places listed in the app. (Eg supermarkets).

There are various categories of stores / services listed within the app such as groceries, travel, fitness, takeaway. Given that you are spending money on these things anyway you may as well get the cashback. The percentage cashback varies between shops/services listed

Additionally, you “earn” coins when you use the app and these can be used in games within the app (there are also free games and a daily raffle).

I’ve only been using the app a short time and earned close to £100 in cashback. I would definitely recommend giving it a go

I love, love, love this app ❤️ l just changed £18, l had earned into a gift card for Home Sense, l brought myself 2 super gift's for my garden. I am telling everyone l meet about this app, there's no easier way to earn money.

Excellent app. I been using this app for a few months now, and I can honestly say it really works. I have already taken out £100 worth of vouchers and still have £50.
The downside (which isn't a issue for me) is remembering to buy a voucher or buying the voucher just before getting to the till. What I do now is buy a larger amount and add the voucher to my wallet on my mobile phone.

I downloaded it last week, and I am really liking it so far. This is the 3rd cashback app I've used, and I must say it's now my favourite one. Highest cashback rates and I like that you can get coins for the games.
