Everything Promo Reviews

James is a magician at getting the job done!

James has always been so incredibly helpful in the discovery phase of trying to figure out what direction we need to move in and then seamlessly pulls it off without a hitch.

There have been times when we are in a pinch and he pulls through in the bottom of the 9th and really helps us make a lasting impression with our clients on something nifty so we appreciate him a great deal!

Great customer service from Tommy Dean. He helped from start to finish with pricing, what I needed to do to process the order with the QR codes and quoting the prices for the ink pens. His prompt responses and answering my questions I needed was greatly appreciated. I was also sent the quote and invoice promptly to process the order quickly. Then I was sent the UPS tracking number to track the order which was good to have as well. Tommy also let me know how long it will take to get the pens. It was really helpful to know all of this information. He is a great representative to have for this company. Easy to work with. Thanks, Arnetta

Amazing experience! Competitive price, quick turnaround, prompt and clear communication. I will definitely be calling James at Everything Promo when I need promotional items.

Dom and his team are great. They are also willing and able to provide wonderful rates and service to school teams. Our ball markers are great. Trust this company and you won’t be disappointed. David S.

James was very helpful! He guided me through the process in ordering the right product for our needs - festival bandanas! And after a glitch in shipping he jumped right on it and made sure our order was delivered on time! We appreciate him and will order from him again!

We are extemely happy that we went with Everything Promo for the tasting glasses for one of our events. Marcus made the entire proofing and ordering process incredibly easy. When we recieved the glasses, they were packaged very well to ensure nothing was broken in transit, and came very quickly. We will be ordering from Everything Promo again in the future.

Tommy and his team have been great to work with when searching out new products to promote the Go Bowling brand. Pricing, delivery and support keep us coming back when we are in need!

As a new vendor, I couldn't be more impressed. Marcus was amazing! From the very beginning, the communication was prompt, professional, and transparent. They delivered exactly what was promised, on time and with exceptional attention to detail. The quality of their products/services exceeded expectations, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process.

It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values relationships and takes pride in their work. I look forward to continuing our partnership and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy vendor. Thank you for making the experience seamless and enjoyable!

Marcus Dayman was our point of contact when we ordered over 800 portable power banks and I couldn't have asked for a more thorough and helpful representative. He made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns timely and efficiently. I was a great experience with loads of peace of mind for such a large order. Thank you Marcus!

Communication was NOT good. I requested well over a dozen quotes and virtual mock-ups on various items and only received one quote/mock-up from my request list plus one quote of an item I had not requested a quote on. Regardless, I did place an order and my emails were always very slow to be answered, if they were answered at all. I paid for my order on 3/23/26, but it took until 4/13/26, with very slow email returns to me to make 2 revisions in the design so I could finally give approval for the design. The quote listed 8-10 calendar days for production time and 4-5 days for express shipping. Well, our event we needed these items for was 16 days after final approval was given to items that had been paid for 3 weeks before then. Despite several emails asking if the items were in production and when they would be shipped, I finally was told they were not going to be shipped until 5/20/26, which was 4 weeks later than was quoted, and our event would be long over by then.
The product finally arrived, and it was nice, but I emailed back that I did not know what I was going to do with 500 shopping bags since they had so badly missed the quoted time when I placed the order and our event was long past. I was told this matter would be looked into, but it has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back.
This has been very frustrating and I am quite disappointed with this whole process. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the actual product was nice, but everything else about this experience has been very poor.
