It's our first time using Everything Promo, and we didn't know what to expect other than all the raving reviews we saw. After submitting requests for quotes, we immediately received a call back and email reply from Marcus. He has been super responsive and kept us to to date for our last minute swag orders in attempt to receive them by end of June. We got everything by July 2nd, just in time for 4th of July celebration. Absolutely outstanding service! I ordered a set of mini fans and the team processed and shipped them in record time. I had them in hand just two days later, just in time to fly to London.
