Everything Promo Reviews

Alex Jones was super helpful with my license plate frame order. The original proof wasnt exactly what i wanted so they were able to make adjustments until it was perfect. They are decent quality for the price.

AJ was phenomenal! Will absolutely use Everything Promo again. Such great service and very helpful in the process.

Oscar Parkes was exceptional to work with. He responded to my initial request for product information literally within a few minutes. He let me know up-front what I would be looking at regarding lead time and total cost for the product I was interested in. After that, we exchanged a few more emails and each time, Oscar was very helpful. I would definitely feel confident contacting Oscar for future product orders.

Amazing product, well-printed, quick shipping time, and the mints taste great! James W was awesome and always responded promptly, great service!

James Wilde is AWESOME!!!

I ordered challenge coins which required a little bit of fiddly changes and every time, he responded quickly, professionally and completey! He even anticipated future needs and asked for info before it was needed. When the next need arises, he's on "speed contact"...

Marcus was wonderful to work with! We created two fully custom products, and he guided us through the entire process promptly and with great attention to detail...especially considering all the little questions we had along the way.
The products we received, a custom beach bag and towels, look fantastic, and the pricing truly couldn’t be beat. I shopped around quite a bit, and this was by far the best value.
We will definitely keep Marcus and his team at the top of our list for future projects!

Tommy, our advisor, made the experience so easy!! The products and the customer service far exceed previous companies we have used for prizes for our PTSA fall fundraiser! Thank YOU, Everything Promo! We will order again next summer for sure!!

We worked with AJ on party favors. He was great! The customization was perfect. Pricing was significantly better than anyone else's quote. No surprises. The favor arrived early, packed beautifully. I can't wait to give them out.

Dom Nowacki, Senior Account Manager, has been a great help. He is always very prompt in responding to emails and has been helpful every time we've needed assistance. We are very happy with the service he provides.

Whenever I have called and he has been unavailable, he has always returned my call as soon as possible. His professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent customer service are greatly appreciated.

Ordered rainjackets for our entire student population at school and they turned out AMAZING! Easy to place the order and shipped with no issues. They were all individually wrapped and easy to distribute to 600 students. Thanks James, you were awesome!

Oscar helped us find just what we needed for our project! He was super responsive, and made sure we had just the colors we needed for our final promotion!

It is our first time working with Everything Promo and Tommy Dean is our customer service manager.
Tommy was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. He was easy to work with, responsive to our questions, and consistently proactive. Even when an issue arose after we received our products, Tommy resolved it immediately with a refund.
We definitely look forward to working with this company and Tommy again in the future.

Tommy provided outstanding customer service throughout our order. He answered questions quickly, kept us updated and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed with the quality of our custom keychains—they've been one of the most successful promotional items we've ordered. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Tommy and Everything Promo again.

Working with Oscar Parkes on a custom order was so easy, he handled everything with speed and professionalism. Would highly recommend Everything Promo for products and would point you to Oscar for a seamless experience.

Quality products from this company. Tommy Dean helped me out with my order, and everything went great. Would work with him and this company again.

Jay is the absolute best to work with and has provided exceptional service and products for our company many times now! I can't recommend Everything Promo enough for the quality, price, time, and ease it was to provide our event attendees with great swag items over multiple events. We enjoy doing business with them and plan to continue to do so!

Oscar at Everything Promo was great. He worked with us and got our order moving quickly. However, when the order did not get done as implied, he did not listen to the additional instructions and we had a lot of difficulties receiving our order. We finally received the order 2 days late and were able to make it work but it could have worked out so much smoother. Additionally, we ordered 3x5 notepads and got 2x3 with the printing so small we could not read it. Oscar was pleasant and we hope to give him another chance at another time. We do think things could be different next time and look forward to trying it.

Worked with Oscar Parkes! Great experience very responsive! Made things easy for me

Tommy Dean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with him.
