Marcus helped us greatly when putting multiple orders through. We had a large order of branded notebooks that came in super-fast and looking amazing. We then afterwards wanted a large, branded pen order and had a very quick time restrain on it, but Marcus was the best help leading us to the fastest option that worked perfectly. We get constant complements on the quality of both the pens and notebooks!

My account manager Marcus is terrific. We are on our third or fourth order at this point and every step of the way he and his team have been prompt, professional with a "can do" attitude....these guys are my go to.

I am very happy with my product. We ordered Trivets that I designed for my church's 35th Anniversary. AJ helped me from start to finish explaining everything so that I could get it just like I wanted it.

We looked everywhere for an inexpensive cell phone magnifyer for a senior expo givewaway and had given up when Everything Promo came through! Our freindly rep, Marcus, was very helpful in getting the magnifyers imprinted and shipped in record time to meet our deadline. The magnifyers are good quality, look great.

Less than one star if that was even an option. Avoid purchasing anything from the company. It’s not worth the cheaper price tag. They were intentionally deceitful over items we ordered. And blamed semantics. I left a google review and emailed customer service as requested - NOTHING was done.

We recently purchased a large order of weighted racing ducks for our annual duck race, and our experience was a mix of excellent customer service and some disappointing product and fulfillment issues.

The customer service throughout the inquiry and ordering process was outstanding. The sales team was responsive, friendly, and made placing our order easy.

Once the order was placed, however, communication became less consistent. We had to reach out ourselves to ask about shipping, and the ducks simply arrived one day without any shipping confirmation or tracking information. Fortunately, someone was at our office to receive the delivery.

When we began opening the shipment, we were surprised to find that every numbered duck was individually wrapped and packed in completely random numerical order. With an order of more than 2,000 ducks, organizing them for a race became an extremely time-consuming process. It would have been incredibly helpful if the ducks had been packaged in sequential groups or at least somewhat organized by number.

The biggest concern, however, was the quality of the ducks themselves. As we unwrapped them, we found that many had bottoms that were loose, falling off, or not properly sealed. Since these are weighted racing ducks designed to stay sealed and perform consistently in the water, this was a significant issue. Water entering the ducks defeats the purpose of purchasing weighted, sealed racing ducks and creates additional work inspecting and repairing them before our event.

When we contacted our sales representative, we immediately shared photos showing the defects. We were then instructed to inventory every damaged duck and provide each individual duck number before any assistance could be offered. For an order of more than 2,000 ducks, this was an overwhelming request for a small office. By that point, we had already repaired approximately 150 ducks just to keep preparing for our event, and we still had several unopened boxes to inspect.

When we asked whether there was another solution, we were told the sales representative would have to go back to the vendor. Since our purchase was made through his company, we expected them to advocate on our behalf and help find a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up after our conversation, and no one checked back to see if the issue had been resolved or if additional support was needed.

By the time we finished unpacking everything, we had repaired well over 400 ducks ourselves just to make them usable for our race. While we understand that manufacturing defects can happen, we were disappointed by the lack of ownership and follow-through once the problems were reported.

Overall, the sales experience was friendly and positive, but the post-sale customer service did not meet the same standard. Between the lack of shipping communication, the disorganized packaging, the significant quality issues, and the absence of proactive support after reporting the defects, preparing for our event became far more difficult than it should have been. We hope these concerns are addressed so future organizations hosting duck races have a smoother experience.

I reached out to this company and wow they got back to me right away spoke to James Wilde Senior Acct mgr he came back with the product we were looking for our company Logo's look good too but when Oscar Parkes came back with the final billing amount I was shocked of the great deal they gave our company I would definitely recommend this place for your company's logo or promotional needs I can't wait to see our Expresso cups that there making for our company Thanks James and Oscar you guys were great

Oscar was fantastic to work with! He was friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of promptly. I highly recommend Oscar and would gladly work with him again. Five stars!

I am happy with the product itself, however I feel as though I was not treated fairly. I clicked on the product and saw what the cost was and spoke to the sales rep about getting the product in by a certain date - no problem I was told (and it arrived in time) - the issue is that I was then charged a price $400+ more than what it showed online to be. I decided to send another email inquiring about the product under a different email (same turn around and such) but this time from a "male". I was quoted the same price as online, which irked me. Why was I charged $400 more I asked. After MULTIPLE past attempts to reach the supervisor (have actual email correspondence from him) he suddenly stopped emailing me back. I had tried numerous times to reach him via email then got a hold of him again on the phone (he stated he couldn't find my emails - which he had replied to before). He stated that there is often a fluctuation in pricing in manufacturers - $400 in a matter of a couple days?!?! That is insane - I feel as though others could have been called for quotes and better prices could have come in. I find it hard to believe since as I stated, the price online was the same it was with the other email. I don't know as if I would ever trust them again to order product from due to the huge price difference, honestly find it hard to believe that a price jump of that much could happen on such a short notice and then magically go down within a day or so.

I worked with Dom to complete an order for hand fans for the Pearl Street Arts fest and they arrived right on time and in perfect condition. They were exactly what I wanted and they were a great addition to our festival for a reasonable price.

Marcus was fantastic, incredibly helpful and made sure my entire order was perfect. The pens look beautiful and are exactly what my team and I wanted. Really appreciate you, Marcus!

We ordered some superhero capes for an event. They had the color we needed and we were able to add our logo. They turned out perfectly and James was so helpful. He was patient and was even able to make my last minute order show up on time.
