I ordered two promotional products for our business. It was my first time using Everything Promo. I had gone to another vendor who offered me limited choices at a high cost saying there wasn't enough time to get more choices. I looked online and saw I could get much nicer looking product at a much lower cost at Everything Promo, so I reached out. The sales person was fast to respond and helpful in answering all questions. The proofs came back looking great, but I was still a little nervous about the final product. When the shipment arrived, it was on time, all there and the items looked great. Had a great experience working with Everything Promo, specifically with Ben Weemes. I had a last-minute giveaway item idea with a very limited budget, and Ben helped me bring it to life in a timely manner. On top of that, it was a good-quality product that our fans loved!

Marcus was very helpful and prompt with getting this order completed. It was a lengthy process (no specific reason or anyone's fault-just takes a while getting approval from everyone and figuring out exactly what we want) but he handled it all great even with getting information to the supplier in regards to getting our logo right. We finally came up with a solution and it turned out great. I will update with more pictures once we get it packaged.
