I have used Andrew on a number of occasions to help me gain possesion of properties. He is very thorough and helpful at each stage, you always know whats happening .
He is always available for any questions if you don't understand which takes all the pressure off.

Unfortunately had to use these guys again. Andrew helped us through the paperwork and court process. Everything has gone seamlessly to date, possession order is out, just awaiting keys.

Andrew’s details were given to me through a friend who runs a letting agency. Extremely helpful ran through the process in a simple understanding format. Always on the phone for guidance & assistance. Made a stressful situation much smoother. Court order was granted but looks like we will have to call in bailiffs but Andrew has really helped. I even called him for advice on a hearing & he put my mind at rest. Would highly recommend him & will use him again if needed !!
