REDUCE THE STRESS - Obviously it is not a nice experience having to deal with this sort of situations but Evicthem have helped me to reduce the stress by offering a very efficient service. I can highly recommend their services.

Rang Evicthem this morning without a clue what to do about a problem tenant. Amazing service from Andrew Stott of Evicthem! I have used other Companies in the past and had poor results, but they were efficient and effective. I made contact on 22 May 2024 and all the paperwork arrived on 24.5.24, all we had to do was to sign and I chose to hand deliver them to the Court. Andrew was always at the end of the phone and his instructions, both verbally and written, were clear and concise. By 19.6.24 I had my Possession Order. I can't fault them.

When I started to look for specialists who dealt with eviction I actually had a call with Amin Haque Solicitors and I just never felt a good rapport. Straight way when I spoke with Andrew I knew he was the guy to help me and HE WAS!!! If you call - he always answers and if not he will call you back. He is such a lovely guy I can't recommend him enough. Plus I got the result I wanted at court (I represented myself but the getting the paperwork right is key) Thanks again.

I was cynical about using Evicthem as I wasn't sure whether I would get the help and service, I required.

Andrew is absolutely fantastic and talks you through the whole process, step by step and provides advice as well as guidance.

What a bunch of cowboys if I could give a zero star rating I would got me to do a gas safety certificate and boiler breakdown 4 months ago with no payment have been emailing and calling the agent in charge Ricardo has basically said there’s nothing he can do?ALL TRADES BEWARE DONT DO ANY WORK FOR THEM BECAUSE YOU WONT GET PAID!

Absolutely brilliant service fro start to finish tenant now evicted

Andrew was very concise in his approach to helping me in the eviction a non paying tenant, over 7 months in arrears now. He had a look at the paperwork and planned it so that there was very little chance of our application being challenged or delayed by loopholes etc used by tenants.

Andrew helped us through this process and provided very useful guidance and support.

We are very grateful and highly recommend this service.

I have no words to express how thankful I am with Evicthem. Totally recommend it!

Avoid! They are quick to take your money but do not respond after that. Ellias made lots of errors and delayed the whole process. I never received my correctly completed documentation and they didn't refund my money. I went elsewhere and ended up paying twice.
