They will take your money but offer no help or refunds.

I had an issue with squirrels coming up into a part of the attic. Unfortunately, my bedroom is right under where the squirrels preferred to run around and live. A friend recommended this product to me (they also had squirrels). Fortunately, my super liked the price and handled it himself. He installed the lights and didn't complain about the company or anything.
I still hear and see squirrels OUTSIDE my window (they harass my cat), but nothing is in the walls or above my head like before. My cat doesn't have to ruin my stuff trying to track the noises anymore either. I would HIGHLY (HIGHLY!!!) recommend this product.

TERRIBLE customer service and product! The squirrels CHEWED THROUGH THE WIRE in less than a week and a half. I contacted CS and after SEVERAL emails, was told they would send replacement next day... NEVER DID! Also the Phone number provided with on Instruction/Warranty Sheet is completely BOGUS. I-855-EVICTOR. (Dial it yourself and see). It connects to a Medical Alert you can purchase. WT!!!!!! I will be filing a charge-back and reporting to the BBB.

I think this is a good scam.

I have emailed Evictor repeatedly with no reply. Their phone number doesn't get me through to anyone. I just want to send the unit back but they are making it impossible. If I don't hear back I'll have to have American Express cancel the payment.

I agree, customer service is horrible. I purchased 2 lights, which have not helped get the squirrels out, after 3 weeks of use. I emailed the company before the 30 days was up to get an RMA # to return the lights, no response. I attempted contacting the company again, no response. I tried contacting them for a 3rd time, with no response. It’s coming up on the 30 days, which I suspect they may get back to me after that. Their 30 day money back guarantee, is a lie, and they will avoid any correspondence. At this point I’m out $300 and I still have squirrels in my attic. I’m hoping they get back to me and honor their guarantee.

We ordered the Evictor Strobe Light during COVID and expected the shipping to take longer due to the pandemic, which it did. By the time we received it, we had resolved our squirrel issue and wanted to return the light. On the website it says that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. We emailed many times to inform them we were sending it back and to touch base with us, they never did. We shipped it back, it was delivered and we were not refunded. Sent many emails an no response. Very frustrating.

Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge. Evictor Strobe Lights were very effective at solving my squirrel problem in my attic.
