Dr. Sartin was nothing less than God sent for me and my family in our time of crisis. True care and compassion without a financial burden. There is an honest flat rate which is really unheard of but they are the real deal. HIGHLY recommend.

My intake with Dr Sartin went well and it was necessary, I was able to get my forms filled out for continous leave due. Was able to get quick responses with questions through the portal and get needed prescriptions.

My local healthcare system is overwhelmed, and obtaining an appointment takes months; I would still be risking the chance of encountering a provider who comprehends my concerns and endorses my need for leave.

I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Sally Sartin, who was attentive and compassionate towards my needs. She validated my FMLA/STD documentation, resulting in approval for both. This has significantly alleviated my burden and enhanced my mental well-being throughout the process.

I have not yet requested recertifications or updates for my STD claim, but I am confident that she will adequately address any needs I may have, potentially involving a minor follow-up appointment fee. I can confirm that this service is entirely legitimate. My sole recommendation is to endeavour to minimise their discomfort as they do yours. Be meticulous in responding to intake enquiries regarding your condition(s), including a comprehensive enumeration of symptoms and their severity, as well as the impact on your job performance, among other factors. If you register a payment method, anticipate automatic charges for the outstanding service cost following your appointment.

I had a custom note with Dr. Sally Sartin for my work and the call had a glitch. Naturally, I had a bit of meltdown due to stress from other issues going on. Out of the kindness of her heart, agreed to meet with me the following day even though her next available appointment was well into the new year. My meltdown faded away and it was just an absolutely wonderful experience. I felt very thankful and relieved. The staff in setting this meet also was very kind and understanding.
