Had intake appointment, I needed fmla for some issues im having, no doctor appt available til Nov, paid 49 for intake, chose 49 a mth for intermittent, received paperwork, submitted to employer, now just waiting to see if approved, I do understand ill be refunded if not.. praying no issues.. then in November, my pcp will fill out going forward, fingers crossed..so far im good.. Will update if employer excerpts

I went for a FMLA recertification and no psychiatrist ever showed up to the appointment, I requested a refund and was immediately denied and told to reschedule, I rescheduled even though it was going against my plans for the day only for the provider not to show up AGAIN. I then requested a refund again and they tried giving me the run around, in the end I still never recieved it but was told I would in “3 business days” I never did.

The FMLA form came thru. There is the issue of the $49 being a reoccurring fee to be charged. Check your account. I see that when I log in to view the charge and click into it. It was never discussed or authorized to be a recurring charge. I’m going to send an email today to specify that I don’t agree to that. My bank said if they charge again I have the email as proof that I didn’t consent. Other than that the customer service could be better. The only way to communicate is via email. It’s a little frustrating that there isn’t a number or chat but overall I got what I paid for

I used FMLAnow to get certification for my medical condition. They said I had to pay $49 to speak to a medical professional, but after that visit, they told me I had to pay another $49/month to get the certification and ongoing documentation. I was upset about the additional fee but paid it because I needed the certificate. After I paid, they sent a letter from a provider I never even spoke to, a psychologist. Turns out they only do mental health FMLA. My condition is physical, not mental. At the bottom of the letter is says "This letter is not intended to serve as official medical certification". Official medical certification is literally what is needed to get FLMA. I sent them a form from my benefits office to complete and they are giving me the run around on completing it. I am trying to get a refund now since I cannot get FMLA this way but I can't get anyone over email or phone who can actually do anything. All of their responses are generic and completely unhelpful. I may just have to dispute the charges through my bank account at this point. Do not use this site unless you have a mental health condition.

Made an appointment. Was charged 49.00 was told I would be contacted in the next business day or so. Only contact I receive was another notification to pay an additional 49.00 for the paperwork which conflicts with the website that states its a 49 fee monthly. So each interaction you charging 49.00 I tried emailing and contacting for my follow up both provider and FMLA now no response. Provider disable chat featured her name is Kelly Moranan Piazza. For all of this I could of went to my doctor

Paperwork was rejected by my employer. And they are refusing to give me a refund. Nearly lost my job. Horrible experience.

I made a payment of $49, during the zoom call I was never informed that I will be paying $49 every week! Such a scam, don’t recommend. I rather go to a doctor and pay a copay then to be in bed with them!

I did eventually recieve my refund of $49. But they still should have not been charging if their CEO quit. Really was hoping it could have worked out. I could not get into a DR for my fmla paperwork in time and lost my job.

I contacted FMLA MD who was in partnership with Hinds Family Care at the time. The provider FMLA MD's Dr. Leah quit the partnership as I was trying desperately to have papwork filled out properly. My employer's FMLA forms all of them needed to be filled out and correctly at that. This was so stressful because the back and forth chats with colleagues every day to have Dr. Hines fill out all the forms needed for short-term disability and the colleagues saying that it was faxed over properly to have my appeal DENIED. I suggest that you make a list if questions to ask and a list of what you need done. Including ALL forms needing filled out. Ask questions and be specific. This will insure your needs are met.

Paid to have FMLA certification and didn't receive a call. Paid a 2nd time and received a certification from Dr.Hinds only to be ghosted by them. After making complaints I received an email from Hinds4Health with a sad story and them needing more money in order to finish the certificate that I've already paid for twice. This is definitely SCAM Artist site!

This is a Mickey Mouse operation STAY AWAY FROM FMLAMD. I was on leave with them and then in the middle of the leave they stopped doing my paperwork and jeopardized my job and my state benefits. I ended up losing my state benefits here in California. I ended up getting my money back from this POS office. If you are looking for time off due to stress and anxiety STAY AWAY FROM FMLAMD they will give you even more stress and anxiety. I will be filing a complaint against this MD and their office.

I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by FMLA MD and to alert other possible victims.

I made an initial payment of $49 to start the paperwork process for my fmla, as per our agreement. However, since then, I have experienced a complete lack of communication, service fulfillment, and unprofessionalism from FMLA MD.

After making the payment, I was assured that I would receive the necessary paperwork and assistance promptly (24 to 48 hours after the payment). However, despite multiple attempts to follow up and inquire about the status of my order, I have received no response whatsoever. It is deeply concerning that this supposedly therapists office has chosen to ignore my inquiries and has failed to provide any alternative solutions or even a refund for the payment I made.

This level of unprofessionalism and unethical conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on this company's reputation. As a customer, I expect to receive the services that I have paid for or, at the very least, be provided with a clear explanation and a refund for the lack of service provided.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation, including either the fulfillment of the agreed-upon service, a full refund of the initial payment for the complete lack of communication and service provision.

I'm so grateful for FMLA MD. These doctors are meeting a very serious need in our communities, helping fill the gap in our healthcare system where individuals need rapid health assessment and documentation to provide to employers. My issue was mental health, and I did not have any present providers, and either could not get an appointment with a long term provider quick enough, or other providers were flat out unwilling to fill out documentation since I wasn't a prior patient!!! FMLA MD was a job saver, literally, as well as a huge, huge relief, which was a medicine in and of itself. The price was also very reasonable, I'm still thankful, still grateful.

Excellent medical professionals. Their work had really helped me during a time when my new insurance was just kicking in and I wasn’t able to see my PCP as immediately as I needed too. Compassionate and caring, they also give thorough care plans based on your personal needs.

Awful service. Didn't get what I needed in the end and service was wrongfully terminated after they had to correct who they said they sent my official medical records to. They literally could have just corrected and admitted their error, but apparently they just cancel service once the work is done if they mess up.

Paid for my paperwork to be done (extra even for the specific forms I needed), and met with the doctor who was great. Then they allegedly sent in my paperwork, and refused to send me an official copy which I needed to give to the intermediary company as well to get all this done. Finally got an unofficial copy and what they sent in isn't even fully completed.

They threatened to terminate my service after a staff member said they sent my paperwork to my employer (who is not entitled to my medical records and that would be a HIPPA violation). I didn't tell them to send it to my employer nor had I seen or approved the form they allegedly sent before they sent it.

My service was terminated for being 'abusive or aggressive or arguing' when I was not, nor could they tell me where or what I had said that was problematic. Don't waste your time with this company.

Paid for a consult. Then Requested a refund for the extra fee they have to fill papers for employer, since I never got the papers filled. No refund.
Pay a real doctor, cheaper and reliable.

They promised to upload my federal form in 2 business days. It took over a week for them to refuse to fill it out even though it worked with my employer. I was fired and double charged from FMLA md. It is a scam and do not use

They are very kind and helpful. Th office is very fast to respond and has been very nice about making updates and keeping me informed. Everyone gets back to me quick and since this process has been a new experience for me, it has been reassuring to deal with experts. I recommend them enough.

The customer service was great and the MD were very attentive to my needs.

I was surprised to receive with such patience. The Dr was very understanding & listened to my concerns. Excellent service!
