This was my first time needing to take time off work for something like this, and the whole process turned out to be simple and stress-free. Even though I know he has a busy schedule, I never felt overlooked he took my concerns seriously and made sure I felt heard, which meant a lot.

The admin team was also very helpful and responsive, always ready to answer any questions I had. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended!

Let’s see… where do I start?
I needed a doctor to complete my Short-Term Disability (STD) and FMLA paperwork after missing my health insurance enrollment deadline. I was already on leave due to mental health issues and didn’t have the time (or capacity) to see a traditional therapist for 3–6 months just to get paperwork completed.

I initially found another site with a similar name, but the reviews mentioned hidden fees and monthly charges — that made me nervous. With my deadline approaching, I was honestly in panic mode.

Thankfully, I found MyFMLA.com — and I’m so glad I did. Please make sure you’re choosing the correct site because the names are very similar.

I’m naturally skeptical about online services, so I did my research. Everything checked out. What I appreciated most was the transparency: the price you see is the price you pay.

You pay a $49 deposit to book, and the remaining balance is automatically charged to the same card immediately after your session — no hidden fees, no extra steps. My total was $249 because I needed both STD and FMLA paperwork completed. Pricing varies depending on the service you need (FMLA alone is less).

My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to an emergency on the doctor’s end (not mine), but they saw me the very next day. I was extremely worried because my paperwork deadline was only three days away. Although the site says forms are completed within 3–5 days, Dr. Sartin completed mine the SAME day after our session.

She was patient, kind, comforting, and truly listened. She even offered condolences for my loss and shared Bible verses, which meant so much to me.

My paperwork was uploaded to the portal and faxed to my employer at my request. The very next morning, my 12-week leave was approved.

I can now focus on healing and addressing my mental health without the added stress of my demanding job. I’m truly grateful for the care, efficiency, and transparency I experienced.
