EV Infinity Installations Reviews

A truly fantastic experience provided by Louis from EV Infinity Installations.

Communication excellent, on the day of installation, explained everything.
Workmanship 1st class, so glad I used a local firm....I would highly recommended you check them out 👌 🌟

I had a fantastic experience with EV Infinity installing my EV charger. From the first enquiry to the final installation, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation to a very high standard.

They were knowledgeable, tidy, and made sure everything was tested and working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions.

I would highly recommend EV Infinity to anyone looking for a reliable and professional EV charger installation service. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship throughout.

The company fitted the charging point with no hassle and gave advice and follow up service to help with co-ordination with the BMW app. They were supportive and professional.

Very happy overall. He’s knowledgeable, understanding, patient and done a good job. I’d recommend for anyone looking for an EV charger installation.

Found a fault when fitting and considered the safety issues and made arrangements for these to be resolved before finally coming back and ensuring unit worked and explaining the App

We have recently had a Hypervolt EV charger installed by EV Infinity. Louis was excellent in communicating progress at each step prior to the installation.
The installation was carried out by Wes who was very polite, he was professional in discussing our requirements and completed a neat and tidy job.
I would highly recommend EV Infinity to anyone who is considering using this company.

We selected EV Infinity on the basis of reviews, which did look genuine. The job was unusual because our garage is 85m from the house/mains connection. I was worried Louis would turn the job down as had Octopus. He came to give a quote and was extremely positive and willing and able to install the cabling where I had hoped. He and his brother arrived on schedule to do the job and completed everything by just after lunch - which included man-handling 85m of heavy, high amperage cable across the garden. We chose a Hypervolt charger as we have PV panels and Powerwall battery, everything was commissioned perfectly and job sites cleaned up. We were very impressed with the professional and friendly service provided and happy to give a 5 star review

Louis kept excellent communications throughout the process, he explained everything in detail, very knowledgeable, promp and curtious. Did a great job fitting my Hypervolt 3 charger.
Thank Louis

Managed to fit in our job in quickly, which was great, and excellent friendly service. Helpful with additional information regarding how to charge the car

Excellent installation, polite and friendly guys and they cleaned up as they went along. Showed me how to setup the charger, monitor my car charge and other features of the app. Would absolutely recommend!!

The installer was efficient, friendly, informative, very clean and tidy, good walk through and answered questions quickly via whatsapp

Installation was arranged within days, and the neatest job of any tradesman who’s worked in our home, would definitely recommend.

What an amazing service. From start to finish it was excellent. Pre-installation they were so helpful. The installation went very smoothly and they left everything tidy when they had finished. Would highly recommend

Communication and preparations for our installation was excellent!
Louis the engineer was helpful, punctual and explained the hypervolt charging system clearly !
He was extremely polite and efficient throughout the process! Thankyou !

The communication was clear and concise and quick to respond. The arrival time on the installation date was updated. The installation was carried out efficient- a neat job. The relevant paperwork for such an installation was submitted. The price was competitive although not the cheapest of the quotes. Their experience counted in their favour when deciding to instruct them. Although shown where to position to charger the position should have marked it with a cross as it was positioned lower. Overall a good job and a business I would recommend.
