Me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo, pensé que se trataba del sitio oficial y pagas sin saber la cantidad, he escrito para cancelar y me han dado un código que he reenviado. He llamado a mi banco y me dice que cancele la tarjeta pero el pago no lo puede rechaar al hacerlo con mi tarjeta y no ser una transferencia o recibo. Son unos estafadores!!

They won't care what I write here, but I was conned into thinking it was the legitimate Canadian visa site and like may others was charged about £100 for a visa costing £4.50. I wish I could shout this out, but can only hope someone reads this...but why would they when they think its the real site and they are not checking for services. I emailed customer services immediately I realised (no info on the page I was submitting) when I saw my credit card statement, and no recourse to chargeback as I did actually recive a visa when I checked on the official canadian immigration site. I am so upset and angry.

Un site frauduleux qui fait tout pour se faire passer pour un site officiel. Il n'en est rien : frais aberrants (130$ au lieu de 7$ sur le site officiel pour un AVE). Les délais de traitement sont même plus longs par rapport au site officiel ! De l'escroquerie pure. Je ne comprends pas comment on peut laisser des sites opérer comme ça.

I was hoping to get the canadian ETA with a 7 CAN value, and i was charged with 200 times the cost. This is SCAM. This company uses misleading practices to trick people into paying hundreds of dollars for a service that officially costs only a few Canadian dollars.

I would rather give zero stars. Complete scammers. Took $130 for an eTA that never arrived. When I got to check-in there was no record of an eTA in the system. I got one in 2 mins from the genuine canada.ca website.

Scam site, looked official. Said charge was 7 dollars then when clicked payment it took 130 dollars as the fees were added but hidden from view till payment is taken, disgusting!

Scam company, fraudulent. The actual name of the company is Wyoming LLC Attorney and you can easily find the owner. I asked my bank for a chargeback. I’m waiting for the answer.

Scam website. Took more money than it actually said ! Charged £96 per visa when it said $7 only. Looks like

I searched on Google for a Canada eTA application and ended up on e-visacan.com, believing I was applying through the official Government of Canada website.

I submitted two applications (one for myself and one for my wife) and was charged USD 130 for each application. Only after the payment did I realize that this was a private third-party service. The official Canada eTA costs only CAD 7.

Within approximately one hour of receiving the confirmation emails, I contacted customer support requesting the cancellation of both applications and a full refund. I also asked them to confirm whether my applications had already been submitted to IRCC and to provide the exact date and time of submission, as their own Refund Policy states that a full refund may be available if an application has not yet been transmitted for processing.

Instead of answering those questions, I received a generic response stating that the applications had already been processed and that no refund would be issued. They did not provide the information I requested regarding when the applications were transmitted to IRCC.

The eTAs were ultimately approved by the Canadian government, so the service was completed. However, I believe the website should make it much clearer that it is not the official Government of Canada website and that it charges a significant service fee in addition to the official government fee.

I am sharing my experience so that other travelers carefully verify that they are using the official Government of Canada website before making any payment.

This is a scam site. Made to look exactly like the official site, then charge you $120 extra to process the the application. They will not answer complaints. Its a complete scam!
