Coach Alex and Coach Naz are amazing.
From day, one of the on boarding process to the final day of my transformation they’ve been by my side answering questions and addressing concerns that I’ve had. The weekly check-in’s are awesome and a great way to measure progress. I’ve also learned how to properly plan out a diet and work out program. If you are on the fence about getting a coach you won’t go wrong by hiring them!

Good communication, answers most of my question. Gain alot of knowledge with their coaching. Not just the basic thing you hear from social media where every fitness coach is saying. They really understand and adapt to my lifestyle

Alex and his team have developed an easy to follow program and supportive community that have helped me lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Their approach to weight loss is straightforward, effective and easy to follow. They focus on addressing issues that are holding you back, and provide you education to mitigate them from occurring again in the future.

This program has allowed me to increase my success with my weight loss dramatically. At first, I was very hesitant like anyone else would be, but after the first few weeks of having joined, I realized it was worth every single cent. The program allowed me to have direct 1:1 coaching with experienced individuals in the fitness community and a curated food plan and weight-lifting program. Would highly suggest if you need some more accountability!

I joined the program 6-7 months ago roughly, not really knowing what to expect.
But it’s been an amazing journey, and I’m glad I joined, the coaches are awesome, they do their best to see you hit your goals. They don’t treat you just as a client either, they create a meal plan based on the foods you like. There’s so much support, from the other clients too, it’s become a great community of like minded people. You don’t just come into this program and then move on, you join you learn and you become the best version of yourself

Alex and the coaches really care about you and helping you on your fitness journey. They've created a community of sorts of people just like me with similar goals working through the program with tons of information, guidance and support, with a focus on lasting gains and changing lifestyles. I've been working for about 4 or 5 weeks and have already seen progress on and off the scale! For me personally I enjoy the personalization and weekly checking in. It keeps me accountable and consistent.

The program WORKS!!! Point blank. Don't fool yourself with diets that have you running all over town. Or gyms that make you stand on your head for an hour. But eat right and follow the routine. Be honest with yourself. And hold yourself accountable. I lost 50 pounds in 12 weeks. And am the happiest I've ever been in a long time. Thank you EVOLUTION. couldn't have done it with out you. Best group of trainers you will find. I half a planet away. And always felt like they were right there with me. Thank you everyone.

My experience with this good is giving me what I wanted which is accountability and a system to implement and training program to follow. The advice i get here is really a great foundation for the rest of my life and the changes I'm seeing are evident. I'd welcome to this group to anyone who was trying to change the standard of their lives and becomes something different.

The team at Evolution is giving em great tips and pushing me out of my comfort zone as well as being flexible with my schedule and allowing me to make mistakes learn ask questions and be a part of a group who wanted to learn collectively. Really what I was looking for in a group.

For years I struggled with my weight. Life itself took over and next thing you know I was lost. Running into Alex on a random social media post and his Evolution Program opened my eyes to a new opportunity to refocus myself on my health and well being. His team of trainers and other members of this program has definitely put me back on track with my health journey. The weekend meetings and daily check ins keep me on schedule and be accountable for my actions. My physical and mental strength has improved a lot since I started the program 5 months ago.
I'm so thankful for what Alex, his team, his program and my fellow members brings to the table each and every day.

Alex, Coach Naz and the team at Evolution are genuine, sincere and they truly invest in you. Their approach is realistic, common sense and so easy to follow. The information they provide in the 1 on 1 and weekly calls opens your eyes to your fitness and health goals. They sincerely have your best interest at heart and in their minds. I went from 250lbs down to 216lbs as of today. My only regret is not finding the Evolution program sooner!
