Second time using Evolve Outdoors, and they’ve been consistently excellent.

They originally installed our aluminium veranda with blinds back in 2019, which has held up perfectly. Recently, they returned to fit a roof blind, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Daniel leads a very reliable team. Kevin and Charlie were professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. Everything was done properly, with no fuss and no shortcuts.

What stands out is their attitude. Friendly, positive, and clearly take pride in their work. It makes a big difference.

Genuinely a company you can trust to deliver what they promise. Would happily recommend.

Avoid this company at all costs.

They delivered the wrong colour panels — completely different to what I ordered. I provided clear evidence on delivery showing the mistake, with screenshots of what was advertised versus what I received.

Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I must pay over $700 to return their incorrect product before they’ll issue a refund or exchange. To make matters worse, after I raised the issue, they quietly edited their website to cover the error — and I have proof of what it showed beforehand.

This is the standard of customer service you can expect: even when they make the mistake, you are expected to pay for it.
Appalling experience and absolutely not how a reputable supplier should operate.

Dan was excellent, we are really happy with the work. He has a great attention to detail and making sure everything looks perfect to the eye. Great communication so we always knew what was happening when. Highly Recommended.

Could not have asked for a better service! Dan is a grafter, he was at my house from 7.15am to gone 5.30pm every day to make sure he got the job done! He also didn’t mind doing an extra couple of jobs for me. Very helpful and excellent workmanship, a perfect job!! I would recommend 100 times over.

Dan and Kalyn have installed my veranda, with sliding doors all around, superbly - I am delighted with the result. Even more impressive was they undertook this in very challenging weather conditions. They have transformed my house in North Devon and given me extra space , bringing the outdoors "indoors".
Couldn't recommend Evolve highly enough.

Dan and his team produced exactly what we wanted and they had to bespoke some of it due to our house being one hundred and 50 years old. We had a few issues post the installation, nothing to do with the product, and Dan came over at the weekend to help us fix it. I would highly recommend the product and the team! A1, will spend many happy years in it!

We had a glass veranda fitted by him. He is well-organised and very professional in delivering the job in the agreed time frame. It's worth mentioning his attention to detail and workmanship. He also gives ideas outside his work scope, such as decorating my fishpond. I highly recommend him.

Dan and his team supplied and fitted a veranda to our property in July 23. To say we are delighted is an understatement. It really is a wonderful addition to outside and great quality. He explained everything to us from how the job would go, timeframes etc, his work is incredible and worked cleanly and efficiently. Dan at Evolve Outdoors did a fantastic job for us supplying and fitting a freestanding aluminium glass roofed pergola. From advising on the options and helping us decide what was best, to working around the decking repairs we had to do at the same time, and then coming back multiple times after the initial fit to ensure that everything was finished off perfectly. He's friendly, trustworthy, punctual, reasonably priced and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. 100% recommend!

Great service from Daniel from start to finish. Was honest and practical unlike some firms I had to quote me. He supplied and built a beautiful glass and steel gazebo off my bio folds with built in lighting. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was brilliant too. It looks stunning now! Highly recommend.
