Fast efficient and friendly which made the process so much easier

It was fantastic when I discovered we didn't have to wait for CAMHS and could choose an alternative via right to choose - a friend recommended Evolve - they were brilliant and although there was still a long wait it was much shorter than CAMHS.

We had several zoom meetings and an in person assessment for our daughter - and all the staff were lovely the building was great with good facilities.

Takes a little while to get report, but, reports and assessments were thorough and they picked up a lot of information from my daughter

Evolve were efficient and thorough with collecting evidence, meeting my child and also observing in school to ensure the correct outcome.

Firstly I am so thankful that my daughter finally got diagnosed but it took two years soooo long!
The doctor and staff where wonderful when finally got seen.

Great communication, all staff very pleasant to deal with. Our Ed psychologist, Rachel Crabbe, was particularly helpful, and explained things well.
The only negative was the overall waiting time for an appointment, but I fear that’s the same with similar service providers.

We had Jade for our assessments for K and felt thoroughly supported by her.
She explained things very clearly throughout and went back to school will further questions following assessment and meetings with myself.
I feel K's needs were really looked at in detail and it is great to have a diagnosis. Whilst we haven't yet received the full report (having just received the diagnosis) we have been given detailed feedback verbally to explain how the diagnosis decision was arrived at.
Would definitely recommend.

Very professional from start to finish. If I had queries about waiting times or paperwork, they were extremely responsive to my emails. The assessment was thorough and stringent and you made my child feel at ease throughout. The care and support was very person-centred and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. Evolve Psychology Services have been great. Very professional, effective communication, reliable and empathetic. The staff were friendly and understanding of my child and myself. Evolve were absolutely brilliant! Sarah and Hannah were fantastic they made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. They were incredibly understanding and supportive, knowing how anxious I felt about having my daughter assessed for autism. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, the experience was much less daunting. My daughter has now been diagnosed, which is a huge relief for us as parents, as it allows us to move forward with the right support. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend Evolve to anyone in a similar situation!

No regrets with going with Evolve through the NHS right to choose. Evolve have been very helpful in my son getting an ADHD diagnosis at the age of 13 after battling through his life so far! We felt listened to and they are very knowledgeable. A big thank you to Billy for his time, effort and empathy. We really appreciate it.

Absolutely worth the waiting list, not only do both myself and my child feel truly seen but heard too.
Now that we have reached the end of our journey with Evolve I feel confident that we have the correct and full diagnoses to best help my son.

The team at Evolve have been fantastic from start to finish, communication is quick, clear and professional and all time frames are stuck to.
