Evry have not delivered my product and are impossible to contact. When tracking, the product is ‘on its way’, not ‘out for delivery’. There have been other Evry deliveries in this area.

We buy goods online from House of frazers and we paid for second day delivery as few of the products suppose to be a birthday present ! We are waiting for 2 days and no info about the parcel !? They keep saying that the parcel is to big and they need a special delivery !

Very, very bad service
Mostly good service only had problem twice.
I wrote a review for this company few days ago and straightway they contacted me by email and not just once twice for the same complaint. Thanks to trustpilot, as couldn't contact them before on the phone not even helpful in chat either.
I would like to say, I have received all my parcels now. Also the new ones on time as well.
Hope they will keep this in future deliveries as well. Will say thanks to them as well. It might be the busy time as Christmas is soon approaching, I think.

horrendous, to be honest I ordered on line so I don't have to drive down town and try and park up, I think they do a great job, when they changed the name and re organised the company it improved no end, well done

Useless company
Ordered a jumper got it delivered God knows where. Couldn't get in contact with them lost money and time. And this isn't the first time having trouble with them. Absolutely useless.

Absolutely useless, they delivered a parcel not to the customer but back to us, a coffee table Absolutely smashed to bits, and text saying good news your parcel has been delivered, plus you cannot speak to anybody. Nightmare company.

Waiting since Thursday on a delivery. Seems the only way to contract them is through a chat bot who answers with irrelevant answers and questions. According to tracking details still sitting at depot since Wednesday morning. No further updates since. The item I purchased from Amazon was from ninja. Surprised they sent this via Evry.

Worse delivery service ever. They reschedule my delivery every time. Always the same lie. We tried to deliver nowhere safe to leave your parcel, when it's a business address and there is always someone here. Should not be allowed

Awful company
Awful company , poor organisation, beyond bad customer service. Always delayed and they lie about attempted delivery. Puts me off online shopping when I see the only delivery option is Every. They used to be Hermes , they were bad than. Changed the name but not the extremely poor service.

My wife is having numerous problems with this dreadful company. She receives messages that a delivery cannot be made because: "This parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist Evri courier will need to deliver it".....BUT these are both small parcels so it seems this is just a convenient tick box to cover up the fact that they are incompetent at meeting their delivery schedules. I cannot believe that LK Bennett uses such a totally useless, deceitful courier.

The delivery person didn't Knock not even once, just throw a slip in my postal thing and when I've heard it ecause I was near the door I just see him running. What the actual hell is this ?

I wish I could rate it as 0 stars. Horrible! Left instructions, all info - but parcel was sent back to sender I don't know why. And each time the same. Hermes was fine, but now it is the worst service
Scam….
Scam….. my friend sold PS5 on eBay and send it with Evry and it was stolen… I sent important documents and never got there…. So don’t use this company at all. Customer services don’t reply to my emails.
Terrible - why do people use this firm?
Terrible - all the delivery issues that I get are because so many ebay sellers use Evry. I wish there was a way to see if sellers use Evry - so I could buy from someone else. I sell a few spare items on ebay. i alwsy use Royal mail 1st Class - it costs a £ or 2 extra, but in 95% of the time the parcel really does arrive with 24 hours. The best I ever get receiving Evry parcels is about 7 days and the wirst is infinity - shipments lost.
Incompetent and Appalling
It's unbelievable how incompetent and appalling their service is.
From now on I'll cancel any online purchase with delivery with Hermes/Evry, straight from the start.
Worst delivery company ever
Worst delivery company ever! I am now avoiding ordering from retailers that use evry, once again I have a notification that my parcel has been delivered today but it hasn't and I have been in all day, I think they are corrupt to do this to make the retailers they are delivering for think they are efficient, I also got a notification yesterday that my parcel was being delivered between 8pm-9pm again this did not happen and I was not surprised at all!
Check who carrier before buying …
Check who carrier before buying something. If EVRY, do not buy or have any business with them. Thieves and liers. To many parcels lost/stolen but on tracking records marked as " delivered ". Boycott them.
