Evry have not delivered my product and are impossible to contact. When tracking, the product is ‘on its way’, not ‘out for delivery’. There have been other Evry deliveries in this area.

This company is the biggest mistake ever made. Please avoid it with all cost. Better to travel to another country than having the parcels delivered from them. They have my goods that I pay money for and they won't deliver to me. The tracking said theat will be delivered for 20 days now but nothing is happening. Please do not use evry. NEVER NEVER NEVER

This is by far the worst delivery company. The driver will take a photo of the "sorry I missed you..." card which you can see on the app but the reality is they don't leave the card at your property, why, because they have never actually attempted delivery. The just sit in their van and take a picture of the card. They are dishonest as well as unreliable.

Absolutely appalling company, why are they still trading? You cannot speak to a human, only chatbox Ezra, you just go round in circles.
I have been waiting for my parcel since 24th August, several delivery messages, still no parcel, then got message they had successful delivered my parcel at 10.00pm, except not at my door, it has been a very stressful time, as the delivery was a specialist cat food, that you cannot buy at the supermarket, we are now 8 days down the line and still waiting for an answer, but no one will speak to me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU REQUIRE A DELIVERY!!!

I wasted all day trying to get the refund for items lost by Every. Goods worth £170 supposed to have been delivered by EVRY, delivered at wrong address , don't know where the parcels went. Amazon, having investigated decided to refund. Today another amazon order to be delivered by EVRI. Amazon emailed me to say, EVRI attempted delivery at 11.30am failed.There is always one person at home. Nobody rang RING DOOR bell. Our CCTV showed no one approaching our door to deliver. EVRI delivery driver had lied. complained to amazon. An hour later the usual EVRY delivery person arrived with the parcel,rang the door bell and when I rushed to the door, I saw the parcel on the door steps and he was walking briskly back to his vehicle. Picked up the parcel and opened to find one of the 4 China mugs was damaged.Got in touch with Amazon immediately and got a refund for the damaged item.Amazon and other companies should not use Hemes/EVRY.

I would put no star if possible!!!! The worst delivery company I have ever seen!!!! Why do they still operating????!!!! I never got Ecco shoes (£120), other pair of shoes as well (£125). Was shocked when they "lost in transit" Mielle vacuum cleaner £400 worth. And now water softener for £480!!!! What is wrong with you guys???? Can someone shut them down please!!!

mon mari a demande une attestation de droit le 31 juillet ne pouvant pas se connecter a son compte on lui a fait refaire un compte avec une autre adresse mail ca ne fonctionne pas toujours le meme problème, on lui a dit par courrier 10 pas recu il rappelle a bah non faut compter 15 jours, ca fait 20 jours et toujours rien handicapé il est obliger de prendre les transports pour avoir le documents, moi il me faut 5 mn pour imprimer et poster un document, sans compter les soit disant remboursement non effectuer merci Ameli on se demande ce que font les employés dans leurs bureaux

A week my parcel is in the local locker and after calls and chats nothing change I can’t get the code to pick it up.
Had two parcels from and both times…
Had two parcels from Evey and both times they have lobbed my parcel over my fence damaging it. I have been in but they haven’t knocked or rang the bell. Complained to Evry via their automated phone as impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. They need to improve their customer service as they don’t care about our products and this is our money we are spending.

This is the umpteenth time Evry (who were originally Hermes [I think], before their brand name was so tarnished they had to change names) have let me down. They have no customer support, they have no professionalism, they couldn't care less whether you get your parcel or not and this is reflected in their distinct lack of customer services.
As another reviewer said, it should be mandatory for them to have a customer services dpt. with humans to speak to, rather than an automated system that takes you in circles, until you give up due to making no progress whatsoever.

The most mizerabile people in the UK!!! Almost every time i had problem when i buy online from sites or companies wich are using Every for delivery! I was mistreated and humiliated, the guy selling there threw my package on the floor as he seemed quite angry about the fact that he must handle Evry parcels, he was frustrated and upset and shouted. I have everything filmed on my phone for my safety. I will never go to that place as I am concerned for my safety.
