Josh was a great estate agent, he is professional but also honest, approachable and friendly. Had a knowledge of the area and clearly experienced in his field. Always answered the phone whenever we called and was reliable and easy to contact. Didn’t feel any pressure to go for their property and everything felt very open in terms of discussing costs etc. We didn’t end up using Ewe Move as we went with another option, however we feel that if we did we know we would’ve been in good hands

After a long time on the market with another agent, Nikki promised me she would sell our property and she did!!! I met Nikki whilst looking around another property and I knew I had to have her selling my home! She is so friendly and personable and full of knowledge. She was there through every step and was always just one message away, whether it was day time, weekends or evenings. I have already recommended Bikki to friends and will recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Submitted an offer on a property. The agent confirmed it was submitted but then never heard anything back. Next thing you know it was STC. Very poor/no communication. Extremely annoyed. Doncaster area.

I had a very disappointing experience with State Agents Letting.
From the beginning, communication was poor. Emails and calls were often ignored or took far too long to be answered, which made even simple queries unnecessarily stressful.
There were also issues with professionalism. Important information regarding the property and tenancy process was either unclear or only provided at the last minute, leaving me feeling unprepared and frustrated.
And very expensive repairs!!!

I met Julia Horsman from EweMove Sales and Lettings (Hexham & Tyne Valley) for a property appraisal back in September following some renovations, and I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience.

The booking process was straightforward, and Julia was punctual, professional and very friendly and easy to deal with from the outset. The appraisal itself was thorough and clearly well thought through - she took the time to understand the property properly and explained her views in a clear, balanced and commercially realistic way.

What stood out in particular was her market knowledge and the way she communicated it. There was no pressure - just sensible, well-reasoned advice, which made the whole process feel both reassuring and informative. It was also very easy to ask questions and discuss different options.

Julia clearly takes pride in what she does and in supporting clients across Hexham and the Tyne Valley.

I rented a property in Saltburn managed by EweMove where I lived for two years and unfortunately had nothing but poor communication from the Middlesbrough/Redcar branch. They did nothing to resolve the mold issue in the flat. Emails went ignored. They made appointments with me to come to the flat and then didn't bother turning up. When I moved out, I tried for 6 weeks to get my deposit back. Explained that I was going travelling for 6 months so ideally would like it back before leaving the UK. Was consistently told by the property manager they would chase it up with head office to no end. Calls to customer service basically a complete waste of time, again just told that someone from the branch would be in touch, only to hear nothing! Eventually managed to find a number for head office in Bradford to sort it out myself. Complete lack of communication and unwillingness to help. Unfortunately had to resort to feeding back to the landlord how useless EweMove have been with managing the property

Saw an advert on Right move I wanted to view a property.

I contacted Ewe move at some industrial estate, and they took my details and explained they had no information regarding the property, but someone would be in touch??

This got alarm bells ringing as a proper estate agent would have all the information to hand surely?

Later a person called and I asked two simple questions as the advert had the usual "ask Agent" nonsense on it. Always a problem. That was a week ago. I have heard nothing so gave up on looking at that property and shall ignore any properties this outift is selling. A total waste of my time.

I called on Wednesday to book a viewing for a property that was still advertised and was told the agent would contact me. After no update, I called again the next day and was told it could take up to 48 hours for confirmation. When I called again today, I was told the property was no longer available as the agreement had already gone through.
This should have been communicated earlier instead of leaving potential tenants chasing for updates. Disappointing service and poor expectation management.

Rachel was brilliant : there at every step of the way and always on hand to answer any questions regarding the sale / viewings, giving clear honest advice . Being on call 24/7 for viewings made all the difference with last minute requests for viewings including evenings and weekends .I highly recommend Rachel and Ewe Move , professional , friendly and knowledgeable.

Very poor quality service. Luckily we are not using these cowboys directly. We are stuck in a long chain and waiting to exchange due to this company not checking the mortgage paperwork initially. They are a nightmare to correspond with and have no motivation to help the 13 individuals in the chain who have been waiting for 5 months.
