We were trying to sell our property via the regular high street agents for approx two years without success. A friend of mine suggested that we give Ewemove a go which we did and it turned out to be the right choice. We sold within two weeks and we never looked back and we are now sat in our new home after having completed the chain.

I switched to EweMove (York) from another estate agent mid October 2025. That late in the year I had little expectation of selling before the spring. But within days Jonathan had a viewer for me and a few months later I was moving into my new home. Both Jonathan and Alex kept me well informed during the process. Just a shame I didn't go with EweMove from the get go.

Terrible online estate agents. Very impersonal, use an agent who will actually speak to you on the spot, when you've made an effort to call, instead of waiting and waiting. Rang 25+ times to get through to a reception operator. You will not get through to an actual agent! They cannot answer any questions you have about the property. They squeeze you for personal info, too official for my liking just for you to ask a few simple questions. When I did get a phone number for an agent C.T, it turns out to be bogus, incorrect ! Dear oh dear, what a joke, Home sellers need to ditch this company and use a high street company local to the property they're selling, instead of this estate agent.

Graham was great to work with from start to finish. He got all the referencing done really quickly and kept me in the loop the whole way through. Everything was completed ahead of schedule, which made the process much less stressful than I expected. Friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I’d happily recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding! Georgina, Paul and Ann from the Worcester branch have been superb. We sold our house within the first week, photos were amazing. From start to finish they have all been completely professional and their knowledge of properties is exemplary. Excellent communication all the way though, nothing was too much trouble, even the out of 'normal working hours' texts. My experience of selling a property with Ewemove Beeston/Long Eaton branch is excellent, from the valuation & the photos with Olivia,& the viewings with Olivia & Courtney. Most of all though, I can't thank Diane Howton enough for her great communication & help. She found out much more than I could from the solicitors, she's a star. I would highly recommend this team.

Both Pete and Sam were outstanding from day1, they kept a close look and informed us on the every single step of the process from the day our offer was accepeted to the date the process was completed, there were 4 parties in the chain and it needed tremendous efforts and i would like to specifically acknowledge efforts of Sam for excellent coordination among all the parties (without complain). There were some testing time in the deal and were handled very professionally. I would recommend to use their services to anyone who wants to complete buying/selling of their property.

Selling my house in Central Salford during a divorce was far from easy, but Pete and Sam were absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process. I’ve had two experiences with this company. The first one was positive.
The second one was quite negative.
I’ve had to spend hours of my time resolving what Ewe Move should have done in the first place (such as informing the utility companies that a new tenant had moved in). This had a direct impact on me as payments had not been done.
It took Ewe Move a month to get a resolution of my formal complaint. Ewe Move’s reaction when I first raised concerns was poor, forcing me to raise a formal complaint.
I found many inaccuracies between the information provided by the third parties and Ewe Move; which did not help trust.
Whilst in the end, Ewe Move resolved the complaint and reimbursed me; there were avoidable consequences on my file with third parties; which would not otherwise had happened.
I appointed Ewe Move as my letting agent to ensure compliance and peace of mind that things were dealt with by experts in their topic. The points that cropped up after the end of the second tenancy reflect otherwise.

Stephen at EweMove is a fantastic agent. I purchased a property in Consett and his energy, knowledge, communication, commitment to the sale and professionalism was well above 5 star! I wouldn't hesitate to view and purchase properties from him again and look forward to doing future business.
