My wife and I highly recommend EweMove in Slough. Will and Anita Chang provided exceptional service in selling our house in Egham and assisting us in purchasing our new home in Saltford, Somerset.

EweMove Slough offers a bespoke service that is unique compared to other estate agents. Will and Anita Chang worked diligently to ensure a smooth sale and purchase process. Additionally, their estate agents' fees include VAT.

Other estate agents we invited to survey our property added 20% VAT to their fees. By using EweMove Slough clients automatically save an additional 20%.

Other estate agents employ staff who show prospective buyers around properties without being fully conversant with them. EweMove Slough only has the two directors, Will and Anita, who show prospective buyers around. During the property survey they asked us pertinent questions about the property including details such as the age and type of boiler.

We found that Will and Anita rarely required us to provide additional information. EweMove Slough kept us informed of viewings daily and were available both evenings and weekends to show prospective buyers around.

The majority of other estate agents close at 17:30 and only show properties during office hours and on Saturdays. Will and Anita were happy to show properties on Sundays as well.

They gave my number to a mortgage advisory company without my consent. I was contacted by them via an AI bot on WhatsApp. I don't like this business practice at all and it doesn't bode well for our relationship, as I can't trust a company that hands out my details immediately.

All smiles then rudeness neglect arrogance and illegal withholding of deposits. A year and still no deposit Dreadful company keep well away if you value your sanity your property and your money !

We asked Ewemove (and other estate agents) to evaluate our property in Lewisham (London), and we decided to go with their quote. I can honestly say that was a very good choice as Alistair was always very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. He was very professional and does a great job. The sale only took about 4 months, once we had a buyer. Our property was on the market for a while before that, but it wasn't the best idea of ours to put it on just before Christmas - but where needs must!!
I would use Ewemove again in a heart beat and would highly recommend them.

I would not recommend renting through EweMove based on my experience.

I rented a property managed by them for around 18 months, and throughout the tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Repairs that were reported either took an unreasonable amount of time to address or were not completed at all, despite being raised repeatedly.

The information I was given before moving into the property turned out to be inaccurate, which left me feeling misled from the very beginning. General maintenance of the property was also lacking, and it often felt like issues were simply ignored rather than managed properly.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the apparent lack of communication between EweMove and the landlord. It gave the impression that concerns were not being passed on effectively, leaving problems unresolved and tenants stuck in the middle.

Renting a home should come with a reasonable expectation that maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and that communication is honest and professional. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with EweMove, and I would think very carefully before using them again.

Alex Widdup at EweMove Hebden Bridge was absolutely fantastic from our very first meeting and house valuation right through to completion. He was friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way—nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, our house sold quickly, and the whole process was far smoother than we expected. Jo from ewemove over saw the sale of the property I bought. He actually represented the seller not myself (the buyer). My estate agent was very poor and appeared to lack the drive fo chase buyers/sellers for out standing documentation which was slowing down the chains completion. Although Jo was not hired by me, he went above and beyond to answer any queries I had and to chase any out standing documentation that was needed.
Jo had his finger on the pulse so to speak and was always first to update me (Miles ahead of my estate agent and solicitor)
If I was to buy or sell again ewemove would be my one and only choice

I made a formal complaint regarding my experience with my local EweMove branch in relation to a property purchase. I followed the company's complaints procedure, but found it ineffective, as I was advised that any resolution was ultimately at the discretion of the franchise owner.
After extensive discussions with the franchise owner, and indicating that I was prepared to escalate the matter to The Property Ombudsman if necessary, compensation was eventually offered and accepted to resolve the complaint.
While the matter was ultimately settled, the process was lengthy and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not choose to use this agent again and would not recommend EweMove's services to family or friends.

We recently purchased our new home through EweMove and had a fantastic experience thanks to Ashley. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help.

Ashley took the time to answer every question we had, even when it wasn’t directly related to the sale, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. His communication was excellent throughout the process, and we always felt supported and kept up to date.

One thing we particularly appreciated was that Ashley included both my husband and me in all communications. The WhatsApp group chat with the three of us was especially helpful, making it easy to ask questions, receive updates quickly, and keep everyone on the same page throughout the purchase.

Trying to get hold of someone in Salisbury office is like Trying to get through to The White House. 2 emails, 5 calls and no callback over 4 days. They took 5 mins to find the prooerty i was enquiring about. Awful. AVOID
