Not impressed. A property locally gone on sale with their advertising board outside. Used the chat which is supposed to be a real person not a chatbot but no one can find the property and the same standard responses come back every time. Do not want to get into conversation at this point and do not want my number passing on to third parties. I just want to find out more about the property

Ewe Move Sale, a great wife and husband team of Sam and Pete. Nothing has been too much trouble. The quality of the advertisement was exceptional . After each viewing we were given feedback, their communication was excellent. The house sold in days ,from there to completion they were there every step.of the way. I can't recommend Ewe Move Sale more highly enough.

We had a fantastic experience with Samantha, Pete Corbett and their team at EweMove Sales & Lettings in Sale, Trafford. They were professional, friendly, organised and extremely responsive throughout the whole process.
The paperwork and referencing were handled quickly and efficiently, and the property was handed over beautifully clean, with everything taken care of and even a lovely welcome pack waiting for us!

Was with EweMove Salisbury for 3 years and ended it with a poor and troublesome ending resulting in legal involvement. During this time they were poor with their communication and did not handle the situation well leading in a loss of my own money and rent arrears that were never chased up - be very sure you trust the capabilities of your estate agent.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth. The communication throughout was fantastic, with regular phone calls and messages keeping us updated and making it really easy to know exactly where we were at every stage of the purchase.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing to measure up, plan furniture or simply have another look around our new home, the team were always incredibly friendly, accommodating and happy to help.

Ewemove Dronfield and Barlborough.

We have used Phil, from Ewemove, twice to sell properties for us, one rental property and our main home. Both times the service we have received from him has been superb!

From his pre sales advice, on how to prepare the houses for selling, through his keen eye on the property market when suggesting a marketing price, the vetting and due diligence on potential buyers, the communication throughout the sales process, including chasing up solicitors when required and being available to accompany surveyors when we weren’t available, every detail is thought through and nothing is too much trouble!

Both times we found buyers, who we were confident were genuine, very quickly (within a day for our main home) and who offered over the asking price.

Both sales went through without any issues.

We would not hesitate to recommend Phil to sell your property, he was first class for us, both times!

Claire was very helpful, prompt, gone above and beyond to make my experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Recomend this agency and Claire from the bottom of my heart!

The only time I’ve attempted to patronise this business, I was let down. The agent fixed a viewing date for me and I cancelled all other plans just to be available. She reached out on the morning of the viewing to tell me the room was no longer available. No explanation offered. I respectfully expressed my disappointment, and she literally ignored me. No empathy, just business as usual.

My house sale completed yesterday. I first met Joe when he was showing a house I was viewing, and I was impressed with his knowledge and manner. I chose him to list my own house and I have absolutely no complaints. He was fantastic from start to finish. I would recommend both Ewemove, and Joe personally. He was even handed with both me and my buyer, was honest and transparent, up front about fees, pushed things when pushing was needed. It was great to have such a positive professional experience.

We recently rented a property with EweMove and had the lovely Sian as our letting agent. She has been so incredibly helpful throughout the process and lovely too. We would definitely recommend EweMove and will happily use their services in the future if needs be.

If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. EweMove Wakefield have acted completely unprofessionally. Initially rejecting my offer (understandable) to then accepting it a month later, to pull the rug mere hours later and reject it again. Buyers should not be contacted unless that deal is airtight as it’s a waste of everyone’s time. Safe to say I will not be using EweMove again or recommending them to friends/family.

Avoid renting through this company if you can. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Communication was either non-existent or incredibly poor throughout the tenancy. At the end of our tenancy, no formal check-out walkthrough was carried out, leaving us with no opportunity to discuss the condition of the property or address any issues.

We are also currently unable to get our deposit back, with no clear communication or progress on the matter. To make matters worse, the company is attempting to charge us late rent despite the fact that we no longer live at the property.

The level of incompetence, poor management, and unprofessional attitude has been shocking. There seems to be a complete lack of organisation and understanding of basic property management responsibilities.

Without question, this has been the worst letting company I’ve dealt with in Salisbury. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice.

Couldn’t fault Alex and Alex at Ewemove. They went beyond helpful to enable me to purchase a property, much more than my conveyancers. They were always willing to let me measure up, they helped me obtain a mortgage, and overall provided a top notch service. I’ve sold my property now but really wish I’d known Ewemove before I put it on the market instead of going with the first estate agents that came up on a search
