We had Lewis and Catherine visit today for an initial valuation. They were both very approachable and friendly both before, and during the appointment. I had extensive questions and they were able to answer them all. It was clear from their presentation of comparison properties that they had clearly done their homework, but also they acknowledged there is a couple of things that make our home fairly unique, and therefore they factored these into our valuation.

They gave us plenty of time to discuss our questions and we didn't feel rushed. Catherine also followed up very swiftly afterwards with some further information by email. I have no doubt that I could feel confident in instructing Lewis and Catherine when we are ready to make that decision. Thank you both. We really appreciated your time and thoughtfulness of approach.

My daughter recently got in touch regarding a property she was interested in viewing. The person she spoke to (James) confirmed a time to view over the phone.
When she turned up no one was there, and later was told she should have had an email confirming this, which she was not told on the phone.
Despite numerous calls, no other date was offered, until a week later, at a time she could not attend. Other viewings took place with other clients and the property has now been sold. For an experience as a first time buyer, this is a shocking way to show how buying a place is done. It is disappointing as there was potential to have a sale a week earlier. We will not be recommending EweMove to others and will not use you again.

From the point of valuation and all the way through the sales process he has been accessible, flexible, professional, personable and an overall decent human being (this matters tonnes given how stressful it is). Great experience. Felt like they really cared and made a real effort to accomodate my viewing requests. They were also great in offering detailed information about the property and very accomodating. Looking for a house to buy is already a stressfull even, their non judgemental attitude and understanding made it easyer to made a decision that worked best for me. I would reccomend them if you want to sell but or buy one.

Moving from a distance as first-time buyers was challenging, but Nicoleta was always cheerful, flexible with appointments, and incredibly supportive. I have had such a poor service from the other main agents in Long Eaton over the years, that I reached out to Ewe move to restore my faith. They did not disappoint.

1) From the very first visit (with Danielle) I was assured that they could actively 'sell' my home with every viewing as opposed to simply 'showing me round' like most agents do.

2) Communication was brilliant with a whats app group for my sale giving me the opportunity to ask questions and obtain updates. Superb.

3) Progressed my sale effectively and linked in brilliantly with my Solicitor.

All in all, would highly recommend EM above the other agents in Long Eaton. Unfortunately, a known agent in Long Eaton was used for my purchase and the difference in service was clear as day. they were 'average' and Ewe Move were brilliant.

After a really poor experience with a previous agent, Ewe Move came recommended. I was really impressed with the advice. Their reports on how your property is performing are excellent and detailed (and having had reports from other agents in the past, these far excel). I was given straight forward and strategic advice throughout the sales process. There was also a bit of change over in the team but I was called immediately and felt on safe hands throughout the process. I just wish I had gone with them from Day 1! Met Clinton first who put me at ease with selling my late father's home and got the process going then we had Nic who is fabulous at her job she got us a great offer within the first week and has been available to answer all our questions even at irregular times. Highly recommend Sandra at EweMove in North Doncaster. She handled the sale of a loved ones house who had passed away while we were living in Australia.

I contacted Ewemove to ‘test’ the waters after checking out 2 local agents. Tom ( based in Barnstaple Devon) .. was lovely & had a fresh energy about him.
Got back to me promptly listened carefully & gave good advice.
I had really excellent photos done which showed the property to its fullest potential.
All the way through Tom sent updates to how things were going then was passed onto Chloe who liaised with me & my buyer making sure I knew what was going on even nudging me when to contact solicitors.
In what is generally known as the most stressful things we can do .. the whole team at Ewemove made it as straightforward as is possible!
