We bought our bungalow through Ewemove. Ben and Pete are really nice guys and they both went above and beyond to push things through. We used EweMove again for the sale of our property. We bought the property 7 years ago and remembered the extra mile they went through for us then. We have not been disappointed with this decision. House sold within days for a good 'offers over' price. Debbi was always on hand, or got back to us when she could. Liaising with the buyers on our behalf. Great negotiator! She even managed to sort out our pieces of furniture with the buyers as we were moving to furnished property.

I had a really positive experience with Graham as my letting agent. Communication was excellent from the very start — clear, responsive, and straightforward throughout the whole process.

Securing the tenancy was smooth and stress-free, and everything was handled efficiently. Any questions or updates were dealt with promptly, and the back-and-forth communication was always professional and easy.

Overall, the process went very well, and I’m really happy with the place I secured. I’d happily recommend Graham to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

Josh was available out of hours and weekends to assist us with buying our first property. He was responsive and we never waited more than an hour for a WhatsApp messaged to be answered. He would regularly check in with us and the sellers to see where we were at to ensure he could do all he could to assist with a smooth sale. He even chased both solicitors on our behalf. I would highly recommend nothing was to much trouble and was dealt with professionally and quickly. Thanks!

David Walker was very helpful throughout the process, and took care of everything. Excellent public relations and efficiency in covering all the details, as well as being friendly with all parties, he was on everyone's side.

After a very long and drawn out house move, due to being in quite a long chain, we finally got to move in just before the festive break. Without Diane's tenacity and chasing of solicitors up and down the chain, I'm sure it would have taken even longer. Also thanks to Holly and Jordan at the Attenborough branch for selling our house for us and finding some lovely new owners for it.

Excellant professional service from Diane, Courtney, Holly, James and the rest of the team at Attenborough/long eaton office. Received daily updates via WhatsApp/emails/phone calls. Constantly chasing our buyer and their solicitor to keep sale progressing.

Outstanding from start to finish and the communication was second to none. The photographs and sale particulars were amazing, we were kept up to date almost daily with the viewings, subsequent feedback and general market activity / conditions. Once we agreed a sale, the progression was second to none despite the Buyer being challenging, the team were tenacious! Thank you James, Dianne, Courtney and all of you. As soon as we met Lisa we referred to her as "Lovely Lisa" thereafter. There has never been a single day that Lisa was unable to reply if we had a query and all visits to the property we are buying were arranged almost instantly. We were in the middle of a chain of 6 and when the wheels stopped turning at the end stages leading up to exchange, Lisa kept us informed daily. A massive thank you Lisa, you are brilliant at your job!

From the get go they were amazingly helpful. So kind and friendly. Always kept us up to date, they couldn't be more helpful. Although we ended up not selling due to the changing in the world. Ewe move are very slow to Remove a listing when they lost out on a dual agent sale.This will only encourage guzumping !
